Ingredients for the beef fillet:

250 grams of beef fillet
Thyme to taste
Butter to taste
For the spiced butter:

Half a red onion, julienned
Some soy sauce
1 tablespoon of muscovado sugar
250 grams of butter, diced
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
For the side:

Mushrooms, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Cherry tomatoes to taste
Procedure:

Cook the beef fillet: Sear the beef fillet in a pan with some butter, 5 minutes on each side. Season it with thyme. Finish cooking the fillet in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes, then let it rest for about 10 minutes.

When I purchased 3/4 beef from my local farmer, I received 450 lbs of the best quality grass-fed organic meat for $4.33 a pound 🤯🥩.

I rendered 64 pints of tallow and sold them for $15 each. This covered almost half the cost of the meat, bringing my overall price down to $2.20 per pound! 💸🤑

I also had the organs ground and added to my ground beef, replacing a beef organ and liver supplement I was taking. We eat this twice a week, saving me $120 a month on supplements—$1,440 in savings over a year! 💊➡️🍔💵
