Way easier to balance than the single leg deadlift, while still providing all of the glute, hamstring, and stability benefits!  Plus you’re able to load it up heavier and be more mindful of your form because you’re not so focused on not falling over.  The traditional single leg deadlift is still important to do, but the rear foot elevated version is really underrated.  Do 4 sets of 8-10 at a weight that feels like a 7 RPE.
