All you guys know about baingan ka bharta but have you ever tried this tomato bhorta? It has rustic flavours, and comes together in minutes. So easy to make and so delicious, you can enjoy it in with plain rice or paratha.

Ingredients
2 tsp mustard oil
2 tomatoes
1 onion
4-5 garlic cloves
2 dry red chillies
salt to taste
2 green chillies, chopped
Fresh coriander leaves

Method
1. In a pan, add mustard oil and cook red chillies, garlic, onion separately until charred
2. Now in a same pan, add tomatoes, cover the pan and cook for 3-4 mins, peel it off and take out everything in a bowl
3. Add green chillies, salt and fresh coriander leaves and mash everything with hands and that’s it :)
