Spring has sprung!!! Although we've all been having some crazy weather, Mother Nature still has her flowers blooming!!! Once again i give THANKS to all the players that have continued to support this swap!! I sure hope you all are enjoying it!!

April brings lots of "showers"... and i'm not just talking that rain, but baby showers, bridal showers, take a bath kind of showers.... March Secret Sister Swap Sign-ups

Howdy ya'll!!! i've been seeing some FANTABULOUS swaps from the players in my SSS and it brings me such joy to know that your SS is enjoying the surprises!! WOW!!!!

With that said, it's time for March sign-ups... March marks the beginning of spring, or so it is distinguished since it's the first month of the spring season... like all other seasons in Hawaii, we don't really feel the change of seasons... i take that back, we do feel SUMMER and know when it's here! Hello one and ALL! May - Secret Sister Sign-ups is happening today!!

Thank you to everyone who has continously joined and supported this fun and 'different' swap...
I've have a few emails with new players that will be joining us this month!! WOOHOOO! We love to have new players here!! =D Spread the word and get your other friends to join in the fun too! Great way to meet new friends around the world!!

Here's a little about the swap first:

1. You can swap anything you think is appropriate. Such as cards, 3d projects, gift tags, altered items, etc. You are not restricted to just a card for each swap... for example, you can do a card this month and gift tags next month, etc... be creative and use your talents! Many of you do not limit yourself to cards, there are some that do awesome jewelry, altered items and so on, so this is the swap to make something special and surprise someone... can't get creative? no problem, you are free to sub in a RAK too!

2. I kindly ask that you please send out your swaps before month's end. If you can't send it by the end of the month, please let me know so i can inform your partner. i understand life happens and we all have priorities... i'm sure your secret sister will understand too, but please let me let them know... =D Thanks!

3. The most important of all, HAVE FUN! We all love surprises!!!

It's an open theme this month so anything goes!! Please remember that it is a Secret Swap, you are Secret Sister to someone, but that someone is not your Secret Sister. Don't limit yourself to just cards, any creations goes...

Secrets, secrets!

So, i haven't really been around blogland as i've been working day and night on a bunch of things... and i mean literally!! believe me i feel so overworked right now but i hope in time it will be all worth it! i do have a secret (that i've been keeping hush on) to share with you, so be sure to keep following my blurbs for the big surprise... and NO! (i can hear the giggles and OMGs), but i am NOT pregnant.... LMBO.... for real, that's not my secret... haha!

anyway, just a short and sweet post today... i've been scrolling through your postings and admiring your wonderful creations! Sorry haven't been leaving much comments... try to keep internet browsing short for right now until i get things in order... i really miss crafting/creating for the fun of it... lately pressure and deadlines have got me yanking hairs and to be honest, sometimes i feel like just giving up... i'm finding time management difficult these days between home, work and fun and have been once again trustworthy on my old late nighters... AGAIN!! yes i can hear some of my friends scolding me already... but what can i do.... full time wife and mommy during the day... worker at night... guess the weeks i was sick and not wanting to craft really got to me and now i'm trying to play catch up.... i feel so blah! so much for short huh... LOL...

Secret Sister Swap for February

Hiya!! so i've been super busy finishing as much as i can for the bazaar coming up this weekend... lots of late nighters with craft supplies, caffeine, movie/music and ME!! LOL... if i don't push myself, i'll never get anything done... and on tops, my 2 lil' have a cold, so i've been battling with runny noses, coughs and sneezes in my face... Airborne please! hehe... but i'm hoping this week i'll be able to share the creations i've made...

If you're on Maui, come and check us out at the Christ the King Keiki Karnival on Friday, 2/4 from 5-10pm or on Saturday, 2/5 from 11am-8pm... i'll have some paper crafts and knick-knacks with me and my SIL will be selling some shirts!
