Ghosts of the past

A few sights seen on a recent stroll around part of the quayside at Blyth which was a submarine base during both world wars. Nothing to remind us of them now but it must have been interesting to see. Now the latest industry is windfarming - both manufacturing and testing.
Always something to photograph!

Evening sun

Sewing has been on the back burner for a while as we take advantage of the good weather. Too good to miss (again)! Here are some piccies of an evening stroll at Blyth beach and harbour.
