Recipe makes 1 bowl
Ham egg and cheese bake

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray oven safe glass bowl (you can find some at the 🔗 on my bī0) with nonstick cooking spray. Into the bowl add:
1 egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella 
2 oz pre-cooked chopped ham
Seasonings of choice (I used everything bagel and black pepper)
Mix everything together and top with a slice of tomato 

bake for 35 minutes or until eggs are set and no longer jiggly.
