When i got Orca Flip Kick it was working normaly i took a small break then got back to vapor trails suddenly i couldn't orca flip anymore i have the orca flip chip but i still couldn't orca flip

The same thing happened to me. The orca flip kick worked fine until I left Cerulean Cove. Losing the orca flip kick and the meteor dive made it impossible for me to return below the sewers.
