It wasn't *too* short. I just wasn't expecting it. I still liked it's story despite the length. :)

This game might be super short, but when I tell you the atmosphere in this game is HEAVY. Genuinely it felt like something was over my shoulder every second.

Such a good short horror game. I will say that the "speaking" audio is a bit loud so if you plan on playing this, plan on lowering your volume. Other than that, I can't complain. For this to be your first horror game it's pretty good. :)

never...

I loved the humor in this game so much. It's just so silly goofy and I would highly recommend it (especially if you like spiders) :)

Honestly, this might be one of, if not THE strangest game I have ever played. I had no problems with the gameplay. I also thought the atmosphere was REALLY creepy. Not to mention the art style of this game was awesome. My only issue is I don't really understand the ending? I might have just expected too much for the end of just a short game. The saddest part though, was the fact I will never make my own goose...

Either way, I enjoyed it. I would just say, if you are expecting a really scary game, this isn't it. It's more so just a disturbing idea. If that's just what you were looking for, I would recommend this game no doubt! I do love the style of this game, and I might just play more kenforest games now that I've got a taste of what they're made of. :)

They did offer you a free steak in between for the trouble though...

I really liked this game. It's definitely a more crawls up slowly and gets more and more disturbing rather than a in your face sort of horror. It was also just the perfect length. It didn't drag on longer than it needed to, but it also wasn't too short. I also really LOVE the pixel art in this game. I really did enjoy playing this all the way through. Genuinely, for what it is, I give it a good 9.5/10.

(also sorry about my voice being so bad in the video. I've been sick the last week, and my throat is more raw than that steak in the box from coughing so much. I tried to make it sound as nice and tolerable as possible.)

This is if animal crossing met horror. Oh my god I am in love. I loved how the second playthrough changed everything. I always love games that make you play/think again. Not to mention the humor was realistic for a blunt child who hates her little sibling which made it that much funnier.

I will say though the green tv filter with the shadow happens more than I would like. It wouldn't really be that much of an issue if I could still move when it showed up, or if it actually did something to you that made it scary, but you just kinda freeze in place and makes the game longer than it has to be. Other than that I have no complaints!

A great cute horror game. I would recommend it for sure.

Honestly though that landlord was a creep. I don't care what anyone says. He was weird.

What can I say besides this game CREEPED me tf OUT. Genuinely made my spine feel like it was crawling out of my own skin.

Such a cool and short, yet terrifying experience. I would absolutely recommend this.

Oh. my. god. This is genuinely the CUTEST Halloween game I have EVER played. I had no clue there was a ticket for the first few orders though so... kinda messed up there. Whoops. But, hey they came back on my second day so who's to really say they hated it?... Right?...

Also, I love the cat so much. If this cat has zero fans I am dead. To see its 1000 yard stare is to know the heavens exist.

I just genuinely loved this game so much. I had such a great time playing it and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants that cute spook vibe to get ready for Halloween. :3

I'm just going to start this out by saying the ending made me scream, and I do mean SCREAM. It scared the actual hell out of me multiple times.

The entire slow burn of the game slowly getting more creepy as it went on was terrifying. I personally am really scared by horror games like this where you can only face one direction at a time. Just the fact you don't know what you might turn around to each time is actually horrifying. It makes my skin crawl. Needless to say, I loved this beyond a shadow of a doubt.  I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is questioning if it's worth the download. (Also, no spoilers of course, but that plot twist ending was genuinely awesome.)

Wow. Who knew people were so extreme about vocab... and who knew I was so bad at it... In all seriousness, this game was so creepy. It was such a slow burn too, where you aren't sure what might come next, and that it made the atmosphere even more terrifying.

For some reason my audio didn't work and the text was a different font for the first like three attempts,(?) but that just made it even creepier when it kicked in my last go around. It was like a whole new and even better experience. It just goes to show that you really know how to make an audio based horror game scary even without the audio itself. That requires real talent to do. I highly recommend this game. If anyone is wondering if they should play, the answer is without a doubt.

The fact I played an entire game just for a cheese pun...

and the fact I edited it and posted it...

In all (un)seriousness this was a super cute and funny game, even though it was very short, I would still recommend it for a laugh. :)

This actually made me scream out loud I'm not kidding.

Ah yes, the joys of being an underpaid minimum wage food service employee as shadow people come to harass you  every night. In all honesty what is more relatable?...

Great game and honestly making the orders was really fun too. :)

demon proofing the kitchen

I loved being asked so many questions by my best friend in the whole wide world!! It's always great to get to know your buddies!! Especially if they play bongos! :3

They're just so silly!! Of course I'll unlock all my doors and windows for you why wouldn't I??! >w<

Seriously this was really cool. Can't wait to play more games from this developer.  I had a lot of fun with this short, but still creepy, game. Keep up the scares dude. :)

I had a lot of fun playing this. I knew that child was never to be trusted. I always say, don't trust a spider child skipping in a train. Just one of those things you always say.

Even with how short it was the concept was super interesting. I'd recommend this game to anyone who just wants something short and simple but still satisfying as a horror game. :)

Mike is such a goofball. I don't know what I would do if that absolute goober wasn't my bestie!!!! He's just so silly goofy guys. :D

Heyyyy... so I MIGHT have taken the cat home...

I have loved this game so far. The artwork is so cute while simultaneously keeping that creepy vibe. I plan on getting every. single. ending. possible. Here was my introduction to this awesome game, and I plan to check back in once I have finished it entirely. See you again soon.  :3 (btw sorry for some of where I'm reading being choppy I have a hard time reading aloud without stumbling over my words a bit ;^;)

yes

Ah yes, one of the three core things that happen after death. Gathering life insurance, planning funeral arrangements, and saving your 14 cats as a ghost to help escape your cramped apartment. The basics.

I loved this game. The style was very cute, and while the game was short it was fun. I would recommend anyone who loves cats as much as this lady, and myself, play this. :3

Thank you... I now know what true love feels like. I will never be able to forget this experience. I will also never be able to get over the heartbreak when the realization came back to me that it was only a simulator... why are you so cruel as to give me love and take it back in a fleeting moment? (In all seriousness, I loved this, and you definitely should make another one.)

This shit was hilarious. Just wish I didn't fall through the floor lmao.

Crossing my fingers for a sequel.

Ok I found how, the hotspots for the words are way off, you have to press way below things to select them.

Same here for me, if you get any answers on how to preform actions I would be happy to know.  It looks like a good game, I just can't seem to do anything or get the notebook to go away.
