MY SWEET PET WAA

I enjoy how immediately you let the player know that something's wrong when they don't actually have the choice of what to name their pet - there's something to be said about how you made Lucy the least interesting name to coax that mechanic into actually coming to light. The visuals all work so well together, extremely cohesive especially with the sound design. I'd almost think this wasn't made in ink! Extremely successful, cute and terrifying :D

The premise is interesting, but it feels more like a draft of a game than a finished product - which I definitely understand if that's true. The giant blocks of text make it a bit hard to read and really focus on your narrative, splitting things up into smaller lines might help. It feels somewhat unfocused but the personification of school subjects is a very engaging concept and I think this is a good foundation to build on!

A very powerful, emotional, and relatable narrative. I was really drawn in by the world as it developed more and more through the characters talking with eachother. Aesthetically very ambitious but it turned out wonderfully, I enjoy the neon/beautiful but also dark and shadowy aspects of the antagonistic character. I ran into some issues near the end where I couldn't exactly tell who was saying what - it had the voice of one character but the text box color of another - but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Very wonderful job yall

The gloomy atmosphere and very apathetic mood of the character really comes across in your writing style! You definitely succeeded in portraying what the typical life of this character is like, before I assume it changes forever. The window for play being so small caused some issues in choosing text for me, and there were some grammar and spelling issues that drew me out of the narrative somewhat. They feel like quirks of the character we're playing as, but nothing else in the format seems to aid that. All in all an interesting and emotionally strong experience!

This game is terrifying, intriguing, and beautiful, much like the dark entity who you speak with. The existentialism I was able to very much resonate with, and the additions to the narrative (visuals and sounds) were able to really enhance my experience and the atmosphere of the story. Both characters felt very consistent and engaging, and I enjoyed the "safety net" mechanic of the candles which was then sort of turned against you at the end. My favorite thing to imagine was how the darkness character would react over which questions I chose to skip using the candle, hehe. Very cohesive, emotional, and highly engaging!

I kept running into an unfortunate bug where, when the candles were presented to me, I couldn't scroll down far enough to reach the options and I was forced to restart. This is purely a mechanical issue; no fault of yours, but it unfortunately drained my patience. I only found one ending but I really want to go back and play more!

Such a beautiful game. I admire how much you're able to convey with a small amount of words! The pacing was wonderful, leading us through the many lives of the characters - the moment of the hospitalized woman was a bit jarring, but otherwise I enjoy each life becoming faster and faster as the character becomes more and more disillusioned with each reality. I agree with the comments about sound, a little sound design might really help enhance an already wonderful experience! Overall the game is simplistic but still so emotional and affective.

The theming of the game was a very smart choice to keep the terrifying, mysterious mood! The narrative itself and the descriptors were very gripping, it made me interested in how this game would look in a visual-based format rather than text-based. Some technical issues distracted me somewhat, such as how hovering over the text you want to choose turns it the same color as the background, and how in the penultimate scene you can only continue to the final scene from checking the mattress. Also, just a personal little nitpick but it's always strange to play a choice-based game where you can end the game after just a single choice lol

But none of this is to discount your ability to create an atmosphere! I only experienced a few endings but I want to go back and see more. Wonderful job!

The real life tie-in was really fun! The narrative feels very realistic, even with a more fantastical premise, due to the fact that the player can't escape the computer because the internet is everywhere and required to do almost anything in the modern day. Lots of very smart narrative choices, such as how by the time you learn the truth you already lost your ability to make a choice. I just want to explore every single corner of this narrative you've made, feature-length game style. Very captivating, horrifying, and well-made!

The game's aesthetic is very classic visual novel, but executed very well being completely made with unity! I found myself invested in both Rina 's and my own character and wanted to reach the best ending I could. There are a few mechanical issues with the highlight color of some button choices appearing even though I wasn't hovering, and some moments where using the mouse is clunky, but it doesn't distract from the narrative at all. Short, sweet, and absolutely wonderful!

I FOUND

I play as a cornershop owner who runs their store through the impending apocalypse. I got ending 1/4

The fact that you could repeat some encounters that felt like they should be isolated/one-off was a little distracting (talking to the delivery guy multiple times about the same thing, selling a gun before you learn that you stocked guns, etc) but otherwise I didn't find many issues.

I loved the visuals even though they're a work in progress! The writing and worldbuilding was simultaneously silly and very serious, I loved all the different characters you get to interact with and how your player character is jsut kind of totally chill about the apocalypse going on around them. The entire tone of the game is fantastic !! love it

I play as Liam, a young kid in grade school who has trouble making friends, so he makes friends with birds!!

Even though it's unfinished the game is SO cute so far!!! It's so wholesome and I love the concept, I can envision it really clearly in my mind. I would really like some audio or visuals to help enhance the experience but again it's unfinished so that's ok.

I love animal crackers so when they were mentioned that made me happy lol :) i would love to see this finished!!!

I play as a bored convenience store worker when I am bothered by a priest late at night! The first ending I got fired lol, but then I got the ending where the priest drives away.

I didn't run into any issues while playing. I LOVED the visuals, they really helped enhance the vibe of the gameplay, and the text formatting was interesting too! The loud crashing sound scared me so bad though ;--; that's my bad lol

I really like the mystery around the game, it's fairly simple but it feels like there's something a lot deeper that I want to discover. also the flirting ending is so funny i love it

I play as a high school student who has some weird dreams! My first ending was where I just ignored everything lol ;-;

I didn't find any issues in the playthrough. I know the game is unfinished but I'm really excited to see it more fleshed out, it seems like you have a really clear plan! The images helped me somewhat to understand what was going on but also felt a little unintegrated and distracting. However I'm sure that will just come with time and when it's finished

I love the worldbuilding for Cloud City, I was a really imaginative kid so this felt super personal and exactly like something I would make up to pass the time during middle school lol. It's very realistic in that sense but also super funny and fantastical. It's really great so far!!!

In this game, I play as someone who is lost in an ocean and tries to find their friend. I got the "alone again" ending.

The text in large blocks made it a little tough for me to read, but otherwise I didn't encounter many issues.

I loved the addition of images to set the scene of each moment in the game! They felt like a small piece of hope against the consistent darkness of the background image. The writing was very dreamlike and full of some very interesting prose, it felt very emotional and personal to play.

I play as Lia, a young girl writing in her diary about her world, which seems on the verge of global apocalypse. I ended on seeing the bake sale poster, though I'm unsure if this is actually an ending, but I couldn't find any further dialogue option.

I personally think the window for the game is very small. I enjoy it feeling like a small diary size, but sometimes choices would be cropped out or the text felt very claustrophobic to read.  I also encountered the polar bear photo not loading.

However the drawing is super adorable! It really helps contextualize the protagonist as a younger character who likes to doodle in their journals.  I love the worldbuilding and general concept, it's a really fun choice to be told through the eyes of a young child writing in their diary! My favorite moment was how she misspelled all the names of the fruits, lol. Little moments like that that reminded you that she was just a little kid were the most successful to me. Great job!

Playing the updated version - a game about a robot archivist terminal being rediscovered by a little girl. I got the same ending as when I last played, where VAL wants to explore the world.

I found some continuity issues a little distracting, like repeating the same information unnecessarily, and sometimes the chat log would become so long the choices were almost cut off at the bottom of the screen.

However all of these issues are easily fixed, and i LOVED the addition of images! It really helped to enhance the world you were building and characterize the game as a whole. The size of the images was somewhat too big in my opinion but again that can easily be fixed.

I love the silly little cat emoji !!!!! I want to scrungle them :3 The worldbuilding is really intriguing and my favorite part about the game, so I'm excited that it's even more optimized and I really wanna see it perfected!! gj bestie <3

You play as a person with a brand new boss who acts very strangely around you. I got the ending where you are thrown into the fire kicking and screaming.

I didn't encounter any issues while playing, although I wish the game had a bit more theming to it. It's helpful during the sections where you're only doing office work, but during the dramatic twist ending I wish there was a little more to enhance the experience. Otherwise the sound effects and images are very fun!

My "favorite" part was just the png of his smile, it was so creepy how close up it was ;-; I enjoyed the twist ending and how creepily you portrayed this guy

I play as a small mini-human exploring the house of two large humans! I got ending 6, where I was killed while trying to escape.

I ran into some spelling mistakes, but they didn't distract from my experience much.

Having the choice to restart embedded into the game was good, but it distracted me a little how it didn't clear the text from my previous ending before I began again.

The audio and visuals were amazing! The sound affects enhanced my experience a lot, and the music really set the mood of strange exploration and danger. My favorite moments were getting to see the big humans' personalities at little points throughout the game. It was a fun experience!

The game I played was about resetting a computer program that harmed crewmates on a futuristic ship. In the ending I got, I terminated the program.

I didn't encounter any issues, except for one spelling error, but I don't remember where I found it.

The audio enhanced my experience by contextualizing my surroundings as the main character, familiarizing me with the world I was in.

I enjoyed the little details you can find if you spend more time with the game, such as the fact that one of the crewmates was family of the main character, and that the character created the machine! I almost wish these were more prominent and not so hidden away within different lines of the game, but nonetheless I enjoyed the experience!

the worldbuilding here is CRAZY! it's so engaging and detailed, and I love how the entire game is presented as a simulation of the world, so being prompted to constantly restart makes sense within the scope of the game. i also really enjoy the accompanying visuals, they were very impressive to see and helpful to my understanding of the game!

it struck me as inherently very emotional, despite the robotic feel and nature of being described the world. some parts felt a little sparse or short to me, but that could just be because i read quickly. regardless no issues and amazing game !

Wow, i really love the concept of this game. It immediately struck me as emotional and melancholy, and that feeling continued throughout the "true" twist ending. even though I began to anticipate it, I felt myself empathizing with and thinking like the main character still.

i do agree that some of the endings where you can die feel distracting and random when compared to the premise. maybe if you could make them more in line with the game's slow, melancholic feel? but regardless, this game is very impactful and i enjoyed playing it!

The premise seems to be surviving a sudden apocalypse. I really enjoy how, at least from my playthrough where i die in the coffee shop, the circumstances of the apocalypse seem very vague. although since there is a lot of worldbuilding present, it leads me to want to know more. but either direction seems intriguing!

i know this is more of a prototype but your writing style is wonderful! i really felt the intensity of survival.

i enjoy how short the game is, it encourages you to replay a lot and get different endings. it starts so dramatically but ends with a lot of comedy, at least for the ending i got! i enjoyed the writing style and how intense it starts, though i wish i could be able to make more choices.

 rip relationship hello miguel <3

the expresso mf ... i took him to court and we are battling. i enjoy the premise of the game, the writing is unique and it makes me want to go back and see what worse things can happen

I enjoyed how short the game is, so you can play it multiple times very quickly and experience different things. it's just a game of a silly little duck who goes on adventures. i liked how some of the events tied into one another and created some sense of worldbuilding even though the game is silly and small

oh my gosh i love this!!! i'm so impressed that you can replace your bait with whatever you just caught, that seems like a complicated system but it's very effective! i just want to fish all day i love fishing minigames

each new catch was exciting and intersting. i didn't get that shark because i almost died but i will next time

i got an ending of exile! the idea to give you the option to restart at the end is very interesting, even if it pulls me out of the narrative a bit. i really felt myself drawn into the world and my own character, and i want to know more about who i play!

The game description is a concise summary of the plot and i dont want to repeat it unnecessarily

I have to remain, let's go wander! There were some minor spelling errors, and some formatting ones (discrepancies between showing VAL's name in the answer choices) but i love the worldbuilding and i felt so compelled to go back and try saying more things!

i cured my sick familiar with the ending medical master!

i enjoyed the small moments of detail, like the fairy saying hello and helping the animal.  i also love how you added a sort of inventory system!

omg he's just like me fr T_T

this came so far from the demo i got to play !!!! it's so amazing and your work is always incredible!!!!! <33333
