How do I get a new POD coupon to replace the expired one? I just purchased the digital version of this.

I downloaded this demo several weeks ago but I am just checking it out now. I try to upzip the V1.1 printables file and it wants a password.

Is the purchased copy done in 8.5 x 11 pages or 11 x 17 spreads? single pages makes it easier to print out at home.
