Hi! Thanks for commenting, could you please explain in more details the problem with the text and sweeping motion? I haven't encountered any problem on my device and wish to fix what problems people are having. Thank you!

Thanks for your comments, could you please elaborate on the problem? Thank you
Really cool concept! Would love to see 2 lines of soldiers clashing as it would seem more like a real fight. Plus it would be super satisfying to get them all home in chunks, even if that would be easier.
Really nice concept, I'm probably going to make that kind of game once my current project is over.
It seemed really fun but my PC couldn't handle it, even in the menu it ran at around 5fps...
That's a cool idea! I'll probably look into it when upgrades will be added to the game way down the line. Thank you!
Thank you! I never actually intended but now that you mention it it's pretty interesting indeed.
Cool game! Really liked when a whole airplane sprayed gas on my single ant ahah! A bit overkill i'd say
Loved the art style and the dialogs, like the "You're Broke" when trying to buy a too expensive item from the shop!
Nice game. The concept is very cool! Altough I think it misses feedbacks for the times the ennemies hit you, like a white flash like when the ennemies are hit. Also I didn't bother killing the ennemies as I was shrinking too fast and they had too much hp.
Loved it, very profound. Seeing different perspectives can really change your view of the world.
Really cool! Super satisfying when the cars gets this close || to crashing. Also pressing start when the last level finishes makes them all crash in the center ahahah
Really liked how the different ships are used for different purpose, though I feel like the real MVP is the small one! I think it would be nice to have a countdown or wave counter to know when the ennemies are coming or how much there are remaining as it occured multiple times I didn't know what was happening and there was just 1 ennemy off screen ahah. Great job!
If you mean that all the ennemies would clump up then yeah it is, but because the AI is so simple!
Wow thanks for the tips! I was definitely struggling to make it run nicely. Though it was only in my code but failed to think about the impacts of all those collisions. Will try to add your solution to make it more playable
Thank you for testing my game. As in every jam, time was lacking ahah
Nice game and cool interpretation of the theme! Pretty fun to gobble up all the other little cars.
Really cool game! I really like the dialogs, they're very funny! Didn't manage to beat it though
Nice game and cool music! In my opinion it is missing a bit of feedback and effects when the button is pressed on the beat.
Sorry to hear that, it almost happened to me too. I'd gladly try it out if you manage to release it after the voting period ends!
Really cool game, very polished as well!
You can basically smash all keys and it makes you go really fast!
Wow that was a really cool experience! Made it all the way through the game and was challenging at times, but not too much as to make me want to quit. Good job!
Thanks for the feedback! Yes I definitely have a lot of stuff I want to add and will be adding once the judging period ends.
lots of stuff! Mainly a better way to see the main objectives of the game. Also loads of optimizations, new levels and sprites.
I liked the concept and especially the music. I was wondering if the difficulty was increasing forever or if there was a cap?
I also learned I can't explain away a mechanic that doesn't work like intended. I just have to make it better so people understand fro within the game itself. In my case, the objective of the game was difficult to find for a lot of people and I tried explaining it was intended without actually understanding what the point of their comments was. If people don't get your vision, make it clearer!
Very cool concept! I'd myself like to one day do a game of this type with the attack on the beat style on combat.
Oh wow! How did you do that? Never happened to me before.
Thanks for your feedback! Some features are going to be implemented soon to allow a better sense of navigation throughout the levels. It'll help in finding the water sources and give a better field of view. However, the minimap will probably not happen as you often end up looking at it the entire game in most instances. I want to reward exploration and k
Cool idea! I'll add some features in not too long that are supposed to make it easier to find the water sources. But I keep your idea in mind.
Really cool game! I thought the movements where a bit slow however, but that is probably just me. I also found it's possible to sneak right next to a camera while it's panning if the camera is on the top or bottom wall. If it's intentionnal, maybe the camera texture could go over the character or the cone could clearly indicate that this is a possibility.
Thanks for your feedback! The audio is not 3d, the volume of the fire sound just go up the closer you get. There is also the smoke coming from the top of the fire that can be used to find them. I've also added a way to see a bit further. Another idea I just had would be to add a visual indicator on trees to show which one have been already hit with the flames but not died, so you wouldn't go back to a place you've been.
Glad it was helpfull! The sound and the smoke are there to guide the player to the fires instead of having a minimap which would be less original and fun
Thanks those are great feedbacks!
Was wondering if you meant it zoomed out when the level finishes or it zoomed out in the beginning for you?
My plan is to probably put river currents that run across the map to better locate the eater points
The lightning idea and more levels are my goals if I continue to expand the game. Check out the game design doc in the timeline section
Thanks for your feedback! The minimap was considered at first but I felt like it shed off some of the fun of trying to explore the map. If you know where everything is you can just go directly to it and don't have to search. A sub goal was to create an experience where you feel like the character which is in a fire and doesn't necesseraly have a big picture in the moment. That said a minimap to show where you've been could work with the intended goal... would need to try it someday.
It happened pretty frequently too, the enemy would move and attack, then move and attack again!
Cool concept, the game wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. It seems that the ennemy can move 2 times in a row is that correct or a bug?
Very cool concept with the fire as your lifebar! I feel like your game is the opposite of mine ahah. It is really difficult though and I think you could up the firerate in the firsts levels to match the one in the later levels. This would make it a more progressive difficulty curve. Also, maybe set your sound settings to be at maximum on first gameplay as most people won't try to check the settings looking for the music if there is none.
