You need to spot J-14, start from there and follow the route carefully. (3 squares to left, 3 squares to up etc.)
Imagine all the squares on the floor match the diagram on the back of the picture.
You need to dicover the "secret route" by following those arrows (and of course number of steps) to advance next puzzle.
You can rotate objects you held by holding your mouse2 button. Have fun :)
