A fun wee game. It took a minute or two to get used to the controls. The bounciness of the car made it feel really moon-like. I like that you put it under the MIT license 👍

Love the animation! The design on the main character was very nice too.
A couple of issues with the controls at first, but were fine when I got used to it. The level also felt a bit claustrophobic in places as the player jumps pretty high and pretty fast, so I found myself banging into walls an awful lot.

This is such a simple and fun game! The upgrades were a nice addition too. The graphics were cute and the whole thing had such a great polish to it! I loved the cats rationale - completely flawless! Sadly I didn't make it to the moon :(
As others have said this would make a great mobile game and you should definitely put it up on the play store or something. Well done, this is really great!
I really like the backgrounds for this - the high-rises are really simple but look great. The sprite and animation for Borris is just perfect.
The platformer controls were a little bit off for me though - having no control mid jump meant you were locked into a jump as soon as you made it. Also, as others have mentioned the speed of Boris also made everything feel a little slippery.

Fun game - all the different pieces of space debris were modelled well and each was interesting to look at.
Really wanted to see what happened when I reached the moon, but I tried a few times and struggled to get half way!

Edit: I forgot to mention - I love the dancing astronaut on the main menu!
The Skeuomorphic visuals on this are great, clean and work so well.
The mechanics are good and emulate Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes as a single player experience perfectly.
The only real criticism I have is shuffling through the pages can be quite tricky and it's easy to select the wrong page and have to resort. It does add tension when the alarms are going off and you're pressed for time, but I think a "next page" button would have been very nice.

Simple fun visuals, with a nice looking retro effect over it. Works well for the style of game. The soundtrack sits really well too.
I think being able to jump off the edges would have made a big difference. I also had a couple of camera stutter issues when disembarking from the top of the ladders.

Interesting story - engaging and very nicely written. The audio was a great touch too, and really worked well with the story. Was a good nostalgia hit to play a text based adventure. :)
I do wish I could've made all of the text appear at once by clicking, rather than needing to wait for it to slowly scroll through letter by letter - often felt like I had to read slower than I would normally to allow the text time to appear. The delay in the user responses being shown at the end often felt a bit too long as well. Maybe these were intentional to create tension and some dramatic effect, but personally felt a bit frustrating.

The artwork is quite nice - the dog is very cute. I found the control quite clunky and difficult though, it could definitely do with a bit more polish. I saw in an earlier comment that this was perhaps your first time using lua/love - I hope you keep at it! :)

Very fun to play and a really interesting game mechanic with the orbiting bullets!
It's like playing Burnout - but going for near-misses with bullets instead of cars ;p
Getting so close to the shots whilst also thinking about avoiding them makes for some addictive gameplay :)

The intro was actually quite a late addition when I realised "we haven't actually said what's going on!"
The artwork was very high quality and fit the homage to the source material incredibly well.
I enjoyed this a lot.
I loved the graphics for this and really enjoyed playing through.
The moon as an energy bar was a stroke of genious and the audio fitted perfectly.

Took me a while to get to grips with the controls - but once I had it I really liked the way it worked. The mini-games (for want of a better term) were well thought out and made sense.

I enjoyed the puzzles and completed every one. The theme was a bit loose, but that's okay in a jam. Showing the number of moves left and having an "out of moves" message would have helped - but I got the hang of it pretty quick. As others have said, if you continued work on this you could make a pretty cool puzzle game because the core mechanics are pretty solid.
Good game! It took me a few attempts to get pass the beginning but it forced me to learn the mechanic, which I'm guessing was your intention with it. :) The graphics and AI were great as well.
I love your interpretation of the theme! The "I close my eyes and pretend they don't exist." mechanic is really cool. As others have said, the game is quite difficult - particularly because of the one-hit death. The WebGL version ran fine for me too and it saves me having to download. Good job :)

I had fun playing this on my stream earlier.
Once you start to get the knack for it it can be a bit addicting. The RNG generating the course works well and it was mostly my own fault when I died. Interesting scoring system too.
Not sure how it fits the theme to be honest.
Graphics were varied and simple - particularly like the number of different pumpkin carvings!
I liked the audio as well, suited the game well and was nice to listen to - the beat just kept going :)
Theme makes sense if you read the back story.
This is dead simple, and so I had fun going through it all, except it was maybe just a couple of levels too short.
The graphics worked, though perhaps some more varyation would have helped break it up a bit - the witnesses being monsters too was funny :)
I loved the theme tune for this one too.
Very interesting interpretation of the theme, where the reality of the level itself is what is masked until you find the powerup.
I loved the graphical style, simplistic and trippy at the same time with greyscale working to great effect to create an interesting atmosphere. Made it feel like there was a lot more going on.
Movement feld good, like there was some momentum to throwing the player character around the screen. The levels were throwing new stuff at me at a good pace as well. It got addictive!
I like the sound too - worked really well with the style.
If I have only 1 critisism at all it's the slightly unforgiving collision box - but it's just part of learning how to work within it's limitations - visualy it can be a bit jarring at times to be killed without it looking like I touched anything though.
