I'm perfectly aware not all of us trans people change our names after transition/coming out, however the Main Character in Sinners and Saints, if trans, did change their name

I don't think I recall the game mentioning that in the initial part where you claim you are trans. Which is why it brought me out of immersion so abrutly when MC mentioned they did much later on.
