I'm on pc and the file says it's "Forbidden". Please help me fix this.....

Your network it's the problem. I swear this happens when the network sucks ;-;

Personally it happens to me all the time, Just don't let your pc/browser timeout and don't let your connection to the network disconnect, so basically, watch it like a hawk :)
