is this included with the ui package?

Nope unfortunately but all of my assets are included in the halloween sale which is the same price as the ui package

When I buy this assets for my game and then I upload them to Google Play and unexpectedly someone uses the same assets, will that be considered plagiarism or something else? This is new for me
