The controls are tight and the game gets challenging, but I wouldn't say it was fun
I like the premise, and how the game feels glitchier the more your health goes down. Good job!
I really like the idea of a glitch effect that messes with the player -- though I do wish it did more than obscure your screen and drain the health bar.
A well presented game with tight controls and an eratic difficulty curve. Time manipulation controls and a good deceleration rate on the player ball makes what could be a frustrating experience feel more like balancing a plate than feeling overwhelmed. A little shallow, but a very enjoyable experience.
very interesting concept, however I felt that the speed of the ball was too hight and sometimes I died for no reason
This is a really difficult game, but I had fun playing it. Also, the theme is well respected! It lack a bit of variety and balancing, but overall you did a great job!
I had fun playing it, although I would've liked some level design, reaching an objective while doing the same dodging thingy, great game the glitching effect is awesome and the art althoug simple was really cool
i said "wow. LOVE" out loud while playing this one. super great concept, love the glitch effects, the menu is great, tutorial is great, sound FX and music are very suitable, nice snappy and quick movement, great effects when leaving the circle, not too difficult but still challenging. supremely solid game! well done!!
Haha, thank you so much!
Cool game!
Nice concept. I enjoyed the atmosphere overall. But it felt like there's very little strategy in my actions. The movement of the ball are hard to predict (may be on purpose), so it's felt hard to stay inside the ring but not because of the skill. I think it might work better with gamepad maybe. Also I managed to pass up to level 3 and may be making glitches more frequent make it more interesting, because right now I was forced to just press left-right to stay in the circle and move in the same time for a while. I think that feedback like ball glowing red or something when bar is close to running out would make it more motivating to push further. And finally I'd add something to replenish bar a bit in later stages. I'll stop now ) It's a pretty good game for jam project :)
Thank you! Noted down all your pieces of advice for a post-jam update.
It was quite fun, though really difficult; I did not manage to pass level 2, and didn't make it very far in endless mode. It seems like the you're-gonna-die bar and the timer are a little too well-balanced; a mistake early on can ruin the whole run.
This being said, I enjoyed myself, and this is a very good looking and good sounding game!
Interesting game. Originally it is definitely. The effects are a matter of taste. The music fits very well. It was fun! It is well presented. A little more variety would still be good. Well done!
Really liked the art/presentation, and the matrix-like slowing mechanic to dodge cubes feels really satisfying. The dash mechanic could use some fine tuning, but overall this was fun! The in-game tutorial also added a nice level of polish I haven't seen in any other jam games so far.
The music and aesthetic absolutely whips, but it felt hard to actually react to anything that was happening. Why exactly that is, I'm not entirely sure. Then again, I only managed to get through the first couple levels.
Cool visuals, however it feels unreactable and overly punishing with everything but movement hurting you. I feel like standing still or slowing down time shouldn't take health away, maybe the slowing down time mechanic could be a collectable resource you gain from moving around. Like If you don't want the player stand still then add an incentive to move not a disincentive.
Thank you for your feedback. I'll definitely improve the game post-jam and modify some game mechanics.
The glitches hurt my eyes...anyway nice idea.

Nice job! I really liked all the effects and music put together. I also like the originality of this game. The levels as well as an endless mode help mix it up a little. Even though it was a cool game, I honestly didn't find it that fun, but if there were different enemy types and more variety to the levels, it would be more fun. Super great job overall!
Thank you so much! I actually implemented a second type of enemy in the later levels, but if you didn't have fun in the first few levels, it wouldn't have changed much, I guess.
i thought the game was interesting but the glitch feature you added made it very hard on my eyes and i didn't understand the goal of the game
The goal is to try and stay in control by not filling up the glitch bar on top of the screen.
I'll certainly add a setting to reduce the glitchy effects.
Thank you very much overall good game
simple and cool game
