 As I’ve stated before your adductors and abductors are important players to hip and knee stability. Keeping us in stable positions as we walk and run. Strengthening through isolation is important in maintaining optimal lower body stability. 

 Now your hip flexors are an interesting muscle group for some you may have the natural urge to stretch due to tightness. But again these are temporary fixes to issues that can lead to annoying lower back pain due to instability and weakness in these areas. Strengthening them will be a key in avoiding and preventing nagging lower back and hip issues! 

Today’s focus is the ADDUCTOR AND HIP FLEXORS 3 movements for each using tools you can find in and around the gym.
