Tyiana Lee on Instagram: "She's back with another selfcare adventure 💆🏽‍♀️

I've been seen these Thai Massages everywhere and I just had to try it for myself to see what was the hype was about. Is it intense? Yes! But definitely worth it especially if you have tense muscles and knots. At this spot, they do Swedish, deep tissue, Thai back massages, and their own in house techniques. I give it a 10/10. Would you try this?!

Cody + Ally | Massage + Yoga on Instagram: "I love doing this anterior shoulder / pec stretch while clients are prone. It’s a great way to introduce bodywork to the front body, while assessing glenohumeral mobility and feeling soooo good for the client. Adding more passive stretching and other passive/active movements can make treatments more effective and well rounded. It is a great way to feel into the body and see what movements and areas of the body may be restricted. I like to allow clients to take a few to several deep breaths whenever I do a passive stretch. Comment if you love stretching / table thai techniques as the client 🌿 #massage #massagetechniques #tablethai #thaimassage #assistedstretching #therapeuticmassage #massagetips #massagetherapy #massagetherapist #massagether Pec Stretches, Thai Massage Techniques, Passive Stretching, Thai Yoga Massage, Mobile Massage, Deep Breaths, Therapeutic Massage, Thai Massage, Massage Techniques
