➡️ Steps :-
1) In a pressure cooker add 200 gram and overnight soaked Rajma, add 1½ cup water or good enough to dip the Rajma, add ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Red chilli powder, 1 Bay leaf, 1 Black Cardamom, 3 green Cardamom, 2 Clove, ghee
2) Cover the lid and pressure cook until 6 whistle
3) Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai
5) Add 2 dry red Chilli and splutter 1 tsp Cumin seeds
6) Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes off
7) Add in 3 medium size chopped Onion and fry until Onion turns brown
8) Add in tomato purée ( 3 tomato ) and 1 tsp Salt. Mix and cook for 8-10 min.
9) Once tomato is nicely cooked add ½ tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Rajma Recipe Video, Rajma Masala, Rajma Recipe, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Food Content

Sagarika🌻Swagatika on Instagram: "Dal Makhani😍 Step-by-step recipe: ▪️Wash and rinse 1 cup urad dal(whole black lentil) and 1/4 cup Rajma(kidney beans) ▪️Soak in 4 cups water overnight. ▪️Drain and transfer the dal and rajma to a pressure cooker. ▪️Add whole spices(2 bay leaves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 4 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, 4 cloves) and salt. ▪️Add 4 cups of water and cover the lid. ▪️Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles. ▪️Let the pressure release naturally. Keep it aside. ▪️Heat oil in a pot, add butter. ▪️Add 2 chopped onions and sauté them until it turns light golden brown. ▪️Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, sauté until the raw smell goes away. ▪️Add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Pressure cooking rajma:
- 1 cup Rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight
- 4 cups water
- 2 black cardamom pods
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ghee
For Rajma masala:
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 3 tomato puree/grated
- 2 dried red chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 large onions
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 3 green chilies
- 1-inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tosp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tosp coriander powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp ghee
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
