But I do get a lot of feedback about how to tuck if you’re conscious of your tummy 🤷‍♀️
That’s when I suggest a side tuck. This creates a diagonal line which detracts from the tummy area and still lengthens your legs making you appear taller/longer 👌

Make sure your leg has room to hang down, your head has room to hang down, and point your toes back on the foot that’s elevated.   Most importantly, relax.  Set a timer for 5 minutes and remember to do both sides by using your other leg to elevate and let the other hang down.
