I thrifted this skirt for 5.00 and it was a bit big but I completely loved the pattern. I took it in so it would fit my waist and here is where the tutorial begins... Try on your skirt and mark with a pin where you want your highest part to land. Once your skirt is off measure an inch or so lower than your pin and cut strait in. You will be creating a sort of stretched out "S" shape. Your last cut should go 1-3 inches past your side seam. For my skirt I tried a double "S" shape for fun…
