In a large container, combine all ingredients except the milk. Stir well. 2.Gently pour 10.5 oz of whole milk over the mixture. The milk will curdle due to the acidity, creating curds that will act as a natural filter. 3. Allow the mixture to sit for an hour as the milk curdles fully. 4. Carefully strain the mixture through two damp coffee filters into another container.
