Although Bibim Guksu traditionally uses somyeon, Korean whole wheat noodles, she found that using angel hair pasta or spaghetti noodles resulted in an equally, if not more, delicious dish. Feel free to use whatever noodles you have on hand, traditional or not! They all taste good with this gochujang sauce my mom makes. Angel Hair Gochujang Bibim Guksu INGREDIENTS: 2 Tbsp Sempio Gochujang (My mom recommends this brand) 2 Tbsp plum extract (We use CJ brand) 1 Tbsp tuna extract (We use Dongwon brand) (can substitute with 1/2 Tbsp Three Crabs Fish Sauce but add 1/4 salt if so)* 1 Tbsp apple or white vinegar 1 Tbsp garlic, minced 1 Tbsp sugar Bibim Guksu, Angel Hair Pasta Recipes, Whole Wheat Noodles, Korean Noodles, Gochujang Sauce, Angel Hair Pasta, Korean Cooking, Pasta Noodle Recipe, Spaghetti Noodles
