5 raspberries chopped
1 egg
4 tbsp oats

Combine all ingredients and allow oats to soak up juice from apple. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Add a tbsp of mixture to pan with coconut oil. Press down into circle shapes and press die. To flatten slightly. . Allow to cook on medium for 4-5 minutes then flip. ( don’t turn too early as they fall apart)Cook for another minute then serve.
