John Marwood Cleese (fæddur 27. október 1939) er enskur leikari, grínisti, höfundur og kvikmyndaframleiðandi. Cleese er þekktastur fyrir að hafa verið meðlimur Monty Python-grínhópsins og fyrir gamanþættina Fawlty Towers, sem hann skrifaði og lék í ásamt þáverandi eiginkonu sinni, Connie Booth.
