The OSCE is also an assessment method in which students establish their competence under a multiple of simulated conditions. In addition, the OSCE is a very different experience for the students, in contrast to more traditional methods of assessment such as written assignments, writing essay, multiple choices and continuous assessment in practice. The aim of this study was to assess the third year nutrition student's perception about the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in the clinical nutrition practice. Study was conducted in Al-Gala Hospital and Medical Benghazi Center on undergraduate students around 120 students was included in this exam. 74% of the students indicated that they were received adequate information about exam before conducting it, and about 72% reported that the instructions of each station were as expected. 50 % of students found OSCE exam was easy than essay question, oral and MCQ exam, while the most average exam was oral exam as reported by 54% of students and 35% of them found that MCQ exam was more fair exam than OSCE and other exams. Shows that the most factors that facing student during conducting OSCE exam were stressful and time that conducted at each station, 78% of students said the exam was so stressful and 69% of them reported the time was not enough at each station. The protocol helps to identify the patient who is at the risk of malnutrition. If malnutrition occurs especially in critically ill patients in the new crown (coronavirus), it will not only reduce respiratory muscle function and increase respiratory muscle weakness but also aggravate immune dysfunction and further worsen the disease. Therefore, carrying out reasonable nutrition assessment and support is important to prevent malnutrition among critically ill patients with new crowns to achieve suitable outcomes. Food safety and hygiene procedures are significant components of the overall hospital nutritional care. These practices deal with all aspects of foods receiving from farm and factory up to serving and food wastage. During the fourteen days of the recovery period, patients need isolation and regular health monitoring. The patient's home should provide equipped for patient isolation and the patients take all necessary precautions.

The objective of the present study was to assess the value of counselling by a dietitian compared to standard nutritional care. A cross-sectional study, conducted between 2015 and 2017, compared individual dietary counselling, BMI, and nutritional status. Endpoints were weight loss, BMI and malnutrition. Only (52%) of the subjects had normal BMI. When comparing nutritional status of the subjects according to nutritional counselling provider; subjects who receive their special diet counselling for cancer from dietitians had better nutritional status than those who receive standard medical care. Therefore, early and intensive individualised dietary counselling by a dietitian produces clinically relevant effects in terms of decreasing weight loss and malnutrition compared with standard medical care in cancer patients.

Aims: The aim of this study is to know the prevalence of gallbladder disease in Benghazi, and to study the correlation between nutritional risk factors as diet, food habit and BMI of patients with type of gallbladder stone formation. Methods: First of all, we searched the general knowledge about food habits, lifestyle. We evaluated 104 patients who applied to the Surgery Department of AL-gala, Benghazi Medical Center, Al-almani and Elsafwa hospitals with the diagnosis of cholecystectomy.Across sectional study carried out from January to April 2018 on patients with gallbladder disease in Benghazi, the second largest city in Libya. The questionnaire has been used based on 40 items divided into four basic sections; all questionnaires were carried out by direct interview with the subjects. Results and discussion: Majority of the respondents were 40 and older in age. Most of the respondents were females, 95.2% of respondents were Libyan and 19.2% of them smoker. Most respondents were overweight or obese (76%), only 12.5% of respondents practice some form of moderate exercise. With regard to dietary habits, the respondents had less than 3 meals per day. The risk factors of gallstone disease include female gender; as shown in our study in pigment gallstone was 80% in females and 20% in males, while cholesterol gallstone was 69.7% in females and 30.3% in males. There was no significant difference among types of gallstone and BMI classification. There was significant difference among type of gallstone and rapid weight loss in short time (P ≤ 0.05). In our study there was a significantly higher serum cholesterol for patients with cholesterol stone than the patients with pigment gallstone (219.8 vs. 147.5, respectively, P= 0.027(. Conclusion: This study proved that there was a significant relationship between gallstone disease, type of cholesterol and age above 40 years and high range of cholesterol TG , but pigment type of gall stones had significant relationship to fast food. Age, gender, number of meals also reported significant relations.
