The industry is growing rapidly, competition among Travel Agents is becoming very tight. To win and retain consumers, travel agencies must focus on providing high-quality services. Quality is a benchmark that is the main goal of Travel Bureaus in providing their services and is a desire that can be felt by tourists. So, this research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction. In this study, 100 people were used, then respondents gave an assessment on the questionnaire that had been given. The results of these answers were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The research results show that service quality through its dimensions, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, have partial and simultaneous significant effects on consumer satisfaction.

In this study there are four variables, namely Covid19 (X1), digital technology (X2), customer behavior (Y1) and how to shop (Y2). The population in this study were consumers who had bought and used a digital platform to shop at covd19 with a sample of 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. Collecting data in this study by giving questionnaires to respondents. While in terms of data analysis, this study uses the path analysis method with the help of SPSS version 26 and smart-PLS. To move the adoption process along, this paper develops a comprehensive business architecture framework that assimilates and extends prior research and applies the framework to selected scenarios in corporate strategic management. This paper also presents the approach in practice, based on a qualitative appraisal of interviews with strategic directors across different industries. With its integrated conceptual guideline for using enterprise architecture to facilitate corporate strategic management and the insights gained from the interviews, this paper not only delves more deeply into the research but also offers advice for both researchers and practitioners.

The retail industry here is defined as an industry that sells products and services that have been added value to meet the needs of individuals, families, groups, or end users. Retail businesses in Indonesia can be grouped based on their nature, namely there are retails that are traditional or conventional and those that are modern. Traditional retailers can be defined as small and simple retailers or retailers, for example, grocery stores, roadside retailers or retailers, retail traders in traditional markets, and so on. The sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling of 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis show that the activity. Increasing and decreasing BDR & NPL at a bank can be influenced by various factors. In this research, the factors that are suspected to influence the level of BDR & NPL are caused by internal factors of customers in managing their loan funds towards the management of their businesses. Disasters for customers or for customers' business activities, declining economic activities and high lending rates are aspects that cannot be managed by customers. Credit Management is credit management carried out by banks including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in such a way that the credit runs well in accordance with the agreement between the bank and the debtor. The bank comes from the Italian Language Banco which means bench. This bench is used by bankers to serve their operational activities to customers, then this term has changed to become a popular and official bank. According to Act Number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Act Number 10 of 1998, the Bank is a business entity that collects funds in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of credit and or other forms, in order to increase the standard of living of many people. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Article 5 Number 10 of 1998, there are two types of banks which are divided into Commercial Banks and Credit Banks. Commercial Banks here are banks that carry out business activities conventionally and or based on sharia principles which in their activities provide services in payment traffic. In this study, researchers only examined aspects that could be controlled by customers, such as aspects of marketing, aspects of financial regulation, aspects of funds, technical aspects and management aspects of their contribution to BDR and Bank Mandiri's NPL The effect of marketing aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T Test, amounting to-5,297 and T table 0.236. The effect of financial regulation aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T test, amounting to 5,173 and T table 0.236. The influence of the aspect of funds on bad loans can be seen from the T test, amounting to-3.698 and T table 0.236. The influence of technical aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T test, amounting to 2,094 and T table 0.236. The effect of management aspects on bad loans can be seen from the T test of 2,308 and T table 0.236. The simultaneous influence of marketing aspects, financial regulation aspects, financial aspects, technical aspects and management aspects of bad credit can be seen from the results of the F test in which the F count is 14.506 and F count is greater than F table.

Retail businesses in Indonesia can be grouped based on their nature, namely there are retails that are traditional or conventional and those that are modern. The sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling of 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis show that the activity. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2019 melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket penelitian). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif UNIPREP selama penelitian dilakukan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner tentang promosi kualitas layanan dan keputusan mahasiswa kepada 40 responden. Metode pengujian instrument yang digunakan adalah pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Increasing and decreasing BDR & NPL at a bank can be influenced by various factors. In this research, the factors that are suspected to influence the level of BDR & NPL are caused by internal factors of customers in managing their loan funds towards the management of their businesses. Disasters for customers or for customers' business activities, declining economic activities and high lending rates are aspects that cannot be managed by customers. Credit Management is credit management carried out by banks including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in such a way that the credit runs well in accordance with the agreement between the bank and the debtor. The bank comes from the Italian Language Banco which means bench. This bench is used by bankers to serve their operational activities to customers, then this term has changed to become a popular and official bank. According to Act Number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Act Number 10 of 1998, the Bank is a business entity that collects funds in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of credit and or other forms, in order to increase the standard of living of many people. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Article 5 Number 10 of 1998, there are two types of banks which are divided into Commercial Banks and Credit Banks. Commercial Banks here are banks that carry out business activities conventionally and or based on sharia principles which in their activities provide services in payment traffic. In this study, researchers only examined aspects that could be controlled by customers, such as aspects of marketing, aspects of financial regulation, aspects of funds, technical aspects and management aspects of their contribution to BDR and Bank Mandiri's NPL The effect of marketing aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T Test, amounting to-5,297 and T table 0.236. The effect of financial regulation aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T test, amounting to 5,173 and T table 0.236. The influence of the aspect of funds on bad loans can be seen from the T test, amounting to-3.698 and T table 0.236. The influence of technical aspects on bad credit can be seen from the T test, amounting to 2,094 and T table 0.236. The effect of management aspects on bad loans can be seen from the T test of 2,308 and T table 0.236. The simultaneous influence of marketing aspects, financial regulation aspects, financial aspects, technical aspects and management aspects of bad credit can be seen from the results of the F test in which the F count is 14.506 and F count is greater than F table.
