Training of PPM aims to provide a knowledge of science and technology on how to create e-learning... more Training of PPM aims to provide a knowledge of science and technology on how to create e-learning and developing e-learning content. The software used as a media creation software is the LMS (Learning Management System) Moodle based on an open source. While the trainee is a vocational school teachers at Kulonprogo. The process begins with registration of participants with the minimum requirements are able to operate a computer properly. Provision of material starting from the introduction of internet, website and server installation process as well as installation of Moodle software. After that provided the core material on how to set courses, course management and user management using Moodle. The material is the process of uploading the website on the internet. The material concludes with providing independent tasks for each participant to create and develop their own customized e-learning. In the process of making an independent task, participants are given assistance in the form of consultation for those who have difficulties. Independent task is used as the basis for determining competency achievement. Of the participants with the number of 25 teachers, all of them can attend training from beginning to end. In addition, all teachers can complete the task independently well, that is capable of creating and developing elearning and its contents.

3D printing is one of the most important tools of Industry 4.0. 3D printing technology has an adv... more 3D printing is one of the most important tools of Industry 4.0. 3D printing technology has an advantage over traditional manufacturing processes, as it has the ability to convert 3D designs/models into ready-to-use products. The world of education needs to continue to adapt to technological developments. Making a mechanical prototype of a robotic arm is one of the main things to do to develop learning media in an educational environment. The mechanical prototype of the robotic arm can be made using 3D printing, so it will provide real implementation for education. The purpose of this study is to develop a custom 3D Printer learning media which is expected to facilitate the installation process and development of a mechanical prototype of a robotic arm as a form of implementation in the Mechatronics Engineering Education Study Program, FT UNY. This research was carried out based on the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of this study are a custom 3D printer based on FDM, both Cartesian and CoreXY types that can be used in learning in the Mechatronic Engineering Education Study Program. The test results show the average value of the measurement error of printing results is less than 2% so that it can be used in the learning process and supports the selected learning content. 3D printers can print robotic arm mechanical components with good results and low tolerances for printing precision.

This study presents an investigation on the motion control of 3 phase motor using wireless commun... more This study presents an investigation on the motion control of 3 phase motor using wireless communication. The wireless communication network used is Bluetooth which supports Arduino Uno, so that the motor rotation can be controlled via a smartphone. Control system is used to adjust 3 phase motor rotation. The method used in the development of 3 phase motor rotation control system are analysis of needs, control system design, development of systems, testing and performance measurement, and improvement the system. The results of this study indicate that the 3 phase motor rotation control system can work according to the design. When Bluetooth HC-06 module receives a signal from a smartphone via Bluetooth Electronics, then the signal is sent to Arduino Uno and forwarded to DC Relay and proceed to Omron MKP3-I Relay. When using 3.0 version of bluetooth, the farthest distance that can be received by the Bluetooth HC-06 module without an obstacle is 21 m, whereas if there is an obstacle, the signal can only be received in 16 m. Meanwhile, when using 4.1 version bluetooth, the farthest distance that can be received by the Bluetooth HC-06 module without an obstacle is 26 m, whereas if there is an obstacle, the signal can only be received in 19 m.

This study aimed at evaluating the level of conformity of the learning activities and any factors... more This study aimed at evaluating the level of conformity of the learning activities and any factors that causing mismatch of the learning activities of vocational subjects in Vocational High School with Electronics Industrial Engineering experties program from SKKNI Number 631 Year 2016 with industrial automation field. This study was conducted in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan, SMK N 2 Pengasih, SMK N 4 Semarang, and SMK N 7 Semarang with CIPP model and quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result showed that the level of conformity of the learning activities from the aspects of context, input, process, and product with teacher and student as respondent was categorized appropriate to very appropriate. Factors that causing mismatch of the learning activities with that SKKNI is the orientation of syllabus and RPP preparation, the facilities and infrastructure that supprot the learning activities, and the teacher's ability on supporting the competence experties in industrial automation field.

Cleaning the floor from dust is one of the routine activities carried out every day. This activit... more Cleaning the floor from dust is one of the routine activities carried out every day. This activity is not only at home but also in offices or shopping centers. Sometimes due to dust cleaning activities take a long time then there are other activities that are overlooked. For this reason, we are trying to develop a smart floor cleaning robot that can navigate, clean dust, and polish floors automatically. The study was conducted using Pressman's research and development methods which included the following phases: analysis, design, implementation and testing. The robot, developed using an omniwheel wheel and is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and floor polishing motor. The control system used is based on the Arduino microcontroller, the robot is also equipped with a Bluetooth communication system so that it can be controlled via an Android smartphone. The developed robot is able to move according to navigation controls via an android smartphone. Besides this robot is also able to move to avoid obstacles if the distance between the robot and the barrier is less than 15 cm. Floor cleaning performance on various types of dirt is quite good with only leaving dirt on the floor less than 20%.

Indonesia frequently experiences earthquakes and tsunami since Indonesia is geologically located ... more Indonesia frequently experiences earthquakes and tsunami since Indonesia is geologically located in the ring of fire and sits along three major tectonic plates of the world thus this natural phenomena have the potential to continuously occur for example a notable tsunami that hit Aceh in 2004 and killed 160,000 people. This condition is not yet supported by adequate means of disaster mitigation and a tsunami early warning system. The objective of this study was to create an automatic tsunami early warning system that utilizes tsunami potential data from the Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics' website to be conveyed through loudspeakers in places of worship whose area will be affected by the tsunami. This study used the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate) procedure. This study developed a tsunami early warning system that works effectively with a fast average response time of 13.48 seconds to download tsunami potential information on the BMKG website and proceed it to trigger the loudspeaker at places of worship.

The use of FLC on the WLC system so that it can work automatically regulates the rotation speed of the motor (water pump). This system uses the input of Light-Dependent Sensor (LDR) as a light detector sensor outside space and ultrasonic detection sensors as the height of the water. As for the output of the motor rotation be as a replacement water pump for filling water in the reservoir of the water automatically. According to the Classroom Action Research method, there are four stages that should be taken, firstly is planning for action, second step is implementation of the action by using Z80 Simulator in the classroom, the following step is observation of the learning process and the final stage is reflection based on the observation data. Performance measured in this paper is the suitability of Learning Process with a plan of action and the percentage of students who get B score and above. The result shows that a) the Learning Process in the microprocessor field of subject by using Z80 Simulator not optimal yet in certain terms, b) the Learning Process by using the Z80 microprocessor simulator can obtain the number of students who got a B score reaches 75%

Various implementations of robot detection have been made in various fields, especially in industrial field. In this study, a circular object detection application system was developed using the Hough Circle Transformation method. Circle object detection system developed in the following stages: Image processing (capturing video from the camera, BRG color conversion to Gray scale, and Gaussian Blur); the application of Hough Circle Transformation; and calculation of diameter and distance of circle objects. Ketiga skill ini memerlukan 3 konsentrasi yang berbeda tetapi harus dilaksanakan secara bersamaan sehingga memerlukan durasi waktu latihan cukup lama hingga 659 jam dan berdampak pada tingginya biaya praktik las. Salah satu solusi perbaikan kualitas praktik las ini melalui record semua data parameter pengelasan yang dihasilkan welder.
