Education is the key factor for women empowerment prosperity, development and welfare. Pandit Jawarharlal Nehru once said: If you educate a man, you educate an individual, however if you educate a woman you educate a whole family. Women empowerment means Mother India Empowerment. When women who contribute almost half of the population are empowered, it will strengthen the national economy. Education enables women to respond to the challenges, to comfort their traditional role and change their lives. Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom for development. The role of women in development is most intimately related to the goal of comprehensive socioeconomic development. Empowerment is the redistribution of power that challenges ideology and male dominance. Education-basic, functional or digital, always enlightens a person from the darkness of ignorance and innocence. Awareness and knowledge about various disciplines helps a woman to become stronger and make necessary contributions to the society.. In order to fight against the socially constructed gender biases, women have to swim against the system that requires more strength. Such strength comes from the process of empowerment and empowerment will come from the education. And rural development will come from women empowerment.. Today, the female literacy levels according to the Literacy Rate 2019 census are 56.8% where the male literacy rate is over 72.3%. Even beyond literacy there is much that education can do for womens rights, dignity and security. This paper aim to create the awareness among the women and it focuses on the status and importance of women education in Kerala.

In a large cluster, thousands of servers both host directly attached storage and execute user application tasks. By distributing storage and computation across many servers, the resource can grow with demand while remaining economical at every size. We describe the architecture of HDFS and report on experience using HDFS to manage 25 petabytes of enterprise data at Yahoo!.

in quantum chemistry held by honors students in
high school. The study investigates how an
intervention using interactive simulations in
quantum chemistry alters student understanding.
The researcher compares the effects of traditional
methods of instruction, i.e. lecture/lab, against the
use of discovery via computer simulation on the
alternative conceptions of students in quantum
chemistry. Student concept maps, and interviews
were used to find the baseline misconceptions of the
student cohort regarding understanding of quantum
science in chemistry. The high school students
constructed concept maps and were interviewed
after the intervention. The student information
including concept maps were coded, and compared
to the information obtained from students that exit a
class using a more traditional approach. As a result
of the intervention, high school chemistry students
shift to a paradigm that uses the atomic or molecular
explanations of quantum chemistry to explain
macroscopic phenomena like polarity, and
solubility. Students in the experimental classes were
required to investigate quantum phenomena using
the simulations and then make presentations.

The Data may not have strict schema for the large system. It has become Expensive to build reliability in each Application for processing petabytes of datasets. If there is a problem of Nodes fail every day, some of the causes of failure may be. Failure is expected, rather than exceptional. The number of nodes in a cluster is not constant. So there is a Need for common infrastructure to have Efficient, reliable, Open Source Apache License. The Hadoop platform was designed to solve problems where you have a lot of data perhaps a mixture of complex and structured data and it doesn't fit nicely into tables. It's for situations where you want to run analytics that are deep and computationally extensive, like clustering and targeting. That's exactly what Google was doing when it was indexing the web and examining user behavior to improve performance algorithms. This article has made an attempt to study its need, uses and application, thereby brought to the notice of the readers.

The reason behind, are the harmonics arising due to the operation of these non-linear loads. In short, the advantages obtained from devices exhibiting non-linear characteristics, face a disadvantage of generating harmonics. This paper shows various problems arising in household as well as industrial supply due to harmonic distortion. The paper gives an overview and scope of Shunt Active power filter or SAPFs for mitigation of harmonics and improvement in power quality. The problem of harmonics can be eliminated by methods implementing the use of active filters. A strategy has been used, which implements the use of shunt active and shuntpassive filters and is known as Shunt Hybrid Active power filter or SHAPF. Various household appliances suffer exceedingly due to fluctuation in power network caused by harmonics which, in turn arise due operation of non-linear load. Heavy machinery like rolling mills, where the rollers are run by DC motors and control circuitry involves use of large Thyristor (SCR) panels that exhibit non-linear characteristics giving rise to harmonics in the power network which can result in the malfunctioning of machinery or even result in machine shutdown. The control algorithm of this SAPF is based on famous instantaneous reactive power theory or the p-q theory. Two models have been simulated to show successful minimization of harmonic disturbances in the power supply. Pushing the limits further we have proposed a model of Shunt Hybrid active power filter for some more sophisticated power systems, this SHAPF is regulated with a PLL controller. Simulations and results have further been explained in this paper.

After this the paper gives an overview and scope of Active power filters or APFs for mitigation of harmonics and improvement in power quality. The problem of harmonics can be eliminated by methods implementing the use of filters. Filters are further classified into Passive filters and Active filters. Another strategy has been used widely which implements the use of shunt and series active filters and is known as Unified Power quality filter or UPQC. Various household appliances suffer exceedingly due to fluctuation in power network caused by harmonics which, in turn arise due operation of non-linear load. Heavy machinery like rolling mills, where the rollers are run by DC motors and control circuitry involves use of large Thyristor panels that exhibit non-linear characteristics, thus giving rise to harmonics in the power network.

For this we required type of source which full fill the future demand of fuel this study I am used alternative of diesel fuel. By using n-butanol with diesel blend in compression ignition four-stroke diesel engine. A blend of biodiesel and diesel was prepared designated B5, B10, B15, and B20 and B30. B5 represented a mixture of 5% n-butanol & 95% by volume of diesel. An experiment was conducted with diesel and B5, B10, B15, B20 and B30 fuel. This alternative fuel contains n-butanol, so it reduces the emission compared to diesel. N-butanol is a good cooling agent due to the blending of n-butanol so the NOx emission reduced. For this mixture the brake thermal efficiency of engine, brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) of engine and exhaust gas discharge are obtained and compared by the use of graph. The carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide CO 2 , and hydrocarbons (HC), are being measured by the use of gas analyzer and compared with other parameter by the use graph. The performance parameters evaluated and Results were compared with the neat diesel the experimental investigation has been done on single cylinder Compression Ignition Engine coupled with a Rope Brake Rope dynamometer.

It is very plain and perceptive sets of noise parameter terminology are newly introduce for the SNIM and PCSNIM techniques. It is based on the noise parameter equations, this work provides clear understanding of the design principles, the fundamental limitations, and it has the advantages of the four reported LNA design techniques so that the designers can get LNA design perspective. As a demonstration for this proposed design principle of PCSNIM technique, a low power folded cascode LNA is implemented based on 0.25 µm CMOS technology for 900 MHz Zigbee applications. Its measurement results show the noise figure of 1.35 dB, power gain of 12 dB, and IIP3 of –4 dBm while dissipating 1.6 mA from 1.25 V supply (0.7 mA for the input NMOS transistor only). The behavior of the implemented LNA shows good agreement with theoretical predictions

And effective use of recycled paper is also possible (craft papers, registers etc). So, instead of disposing off the waste papers into trash, recycling them makes sense. This not only helps the institute in cost saving but will also ensure its contribution towards the protection of the environment. Paper is the most important part of human life. Modern civilization cannot be imagined without the use of paper. Likely, daily routine starts with the use of paper and also end with the use of paper. And large amount of waste paper is generated. Sometimes or every time it causes environmental pollution. A survey from the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur shows that 17 trees are required for the paper production of 1 ton of paper. Also, we have seen that, in any big institutions, especially educational institutions like school, colleges and universities, generates large amount of waste paper. Our motive was to fabricate the small scale automatic paper recycling machine which enables to recycle paper at home, colleges and GRAMUDYOG as well. Though the recycled paper from this machine is not so smooth and thin as like produced from mill by wood. But they can be used for banner, title, greeting cards, also for making hand bags, box for packaging etc. This machine increases production rate and the turnover ratio as well.

As we have a tendency to all apprehend, the demand for privacy of knowledge and algorithms to handle the data of enterprise has increased staggeringly over the last decades. to realize this, technology like encryption ways with the utilization of tamper-resistant hardware is employed. However, a essential downside arises once there's a demand of computing on such encrypted knowledge (publicly) wherever privacy is established. Hence, the homomorphic cryptosystems is applied during this case. It's a technique that allows North American country to perform computations on encrypted knowledge while not decipherment. during this paper we have a tendency to propose the applying of a technique to perform the operation on encrypted knowledge while not decrypting and supply constant result similarly that the calculations were administered on data and that i use proxy re-encryption technique that forestalls cipher text from chosen cipher text attack.

Especially they are applied to microstrip antennas, because of its characteristics like low profile, lightweight and low power handling capacity. However, gain and bandwidth are sometimes low and not sufficient in most of applications. Modification of shape and using special materials could be useful to solve such backlashes of this type of antennas. In case of dual polarization and dual band application, microstrip antennas have a good reputation. The design parameters of the antenna have been calculated using the transmission line model, and CST electromagnetic software has been used for the simulation process. In this work, the dual band antenna is designed by a slot being added to the top of the patch. In the beginning, the idea of dual feed antenna enjoyed a considerable attention, but the problem of matching makes the simulation and realization of this antenna a little hard. In summary, the antenna has been simulated and fabricated. This paper presents the parametric study, also contains the study of different techniques for optimizing the different parameters of antenna to get the optimum results and performance. The design and simulation of the antenna is carried out using CST microwave Studio simulation software.
