Stressors can be different, but when there is violence in the family, a woman raises her own fears and strengthens the sensitivity towards them. Studies have confirmed that victims who are subjected to serious forms of domestic violence use a wide range of strategies to reduce or eliminate the threat to their physical security and emotional well-being. The small number of researches that have been developed for dealing with women victims of domestic violence suggest that women victims use certain types of strategies to cope with the impact of violence on their mental health. The active coping with the situation at home implies asking for help, constructive resolution of problems, and expression of their own emotions for which the woman is most often disabled because of the fear of intensifying violence by her partner. In this research, was used a sample of 215 women, of which: 97 were women who did not experience domestic violence by their spouse, and 118 were women who were victims of domestic violence committed by their husbands and who sought help for the violence in centers for social work and / or police. In order to exclude the existence of domestic violence in the control group, the Woman Abused Screening Tool (WAST) was applied, which provide a rejection to all cases in which violence was detected. Only cases where there is no violence were taken into statistical analysis. An inventory of coping stress strategies (CSI-Coping Strategy Inventory) was used to examine strategies for coping with stress. This inventory is an adapted form of the questionnaire of Folkman and Lazarus (Ways of coping, 1981). According to the conducted ANOVA, it can be concluded that among women victims of domestic violence and women who are not victims of domestic violence there are statistically significant differences in the following coping stress strategies: problem solving, cognitive restructuring, social support, avoiding the problem, fantasy, self-criticism and social withdrawal. No statistically significant differences were found regarding the expression of emotions as a stress coping strategy. Because of these achievements, some commentators were carrying an opinion that we are undergoing major changes that will produce a virtual organization, even a virtual society. Some authors accepts this changes with great optimism because the employees will have great benefit by the computers (Weisbord, 1990) according to (Nikoloski, 1998) and other authors accepts this changes with pessimism because they believe that technology will set a tight control over the rhythm and structure of work (Downing , 1980) according to (Nikoloski, 1998). This article presents the characteristics of virtual and traditional work, as well as their meaning, their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, we will conclude that informatics technology can not meet all the psychological needs of the people at work, but is implemented to meet the technical and economic criteria. We are not in the process in which traditional forms of work will be replaced by virtual forms of work. It is better to treat the virtual work as an addition to traditional work.

They are necessary to replace the vacancies or as a result of organizational changes, e.g. from organizational development. In order to make new workers recruitment needed by the organization, there is a need of fastidious planning. Human resources planning must include both-the need of the new employees and the ability to find such employees (Casio, 1987) according to (Nikoloski, 2000). Staff predicting includes the number of people needed for each category of work. Successful recruitment is very important because, although it is conducted successful selective procedure, the success will depend on the quality of candidates that will appear to job interview. Assessing the skills of employees must be always carefully implemented, it must be done in the context of a system, a network of human resources activities. The conclusion is that, while there are indeed differences in the quality of performance of employees, there is no source that will give superior performance in all situations. The effort to recruit good employees is based on detailed specifications КСАО (К = knowledge, S = skills, A = ability, O = other). But the fundamental question about the selection of workers is the question of its usefulness. Is it worth to conduct this expensive procedure? Scientific studies shows that the scientific selection has an outcome of better employment workers, but its effects on the general functioning of the organization are not sufficiently clear.

This impact cause a domino effect in the emotional sphere and the general psychological condition of the victim. Post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, suicidality, panic attacks and substance abuse as mental health problems, are often ignited by domestic violence. Oftentimes it's very difficult for the victim to deal with the emotional and psychological trauma. When the psychological problems appears, prolonged exposure to traumatic events, makes the woman even more vulnerable. Although mental problems do not occur in every woman who suffers from domestic violence, the results of different research in this area are staggering. This article refers to several pathways that connect domestic violence against woman with the effect on her mental health. Understanding the pathways that connect domestic violence and woman's mental health, can lead to more successful insight in women's psychological condition, and that is very good opportunity for creating effective psychotherapeutic interventions to deal with consequences of domestic violence against the woman.

Furthermore, as psychotherapy has been evolving over the years so have the research methods used to study it. Because of this, the aim of this article is to pinpoint the very basic practical challenges and dilemmas the contemporary researchers of psychotherapy are striving to bridge. we present the topics of methodology , measurement and evaluation (quantitative and qualitative research, practice-oriented research and measuring changes) as well as the elements of therapeutic efficacy (the therapist effects, the client as an agent and the different psychotherapeutic modalities). we also highlight the recentneurosci-entificresearchabout the impact psychotherapy has on brain's anatomy and physiology. Finally, we summarize that psychotherapy research is a highly complex phenomenon and discoveries regarding it will be a never-ending story. Most probably, some aspects of this phenomenon will remain in the realm of artandintuitionand the only measuring tool will be the therapists with their personality. Nonetheless, a great deal of topics are still amenable to research for the curious scientific minds.

Women victims of IPV (N = 31) were compared to non-abused women (N = 31). Data on depressive condition were measured with SD scale, and information about demographic characteristics and types of violence were obtained through a structured interview. The results showed that 26% of women victims of IPV showed normal variation of the affect, 42% expressed depressive condition and 32% showed a very serious condition of depression. Among non-abused women, 13% had absence of depressive symptoms, 64% had normal variation of the affect, 16% showed depressive condition, and 17% of them showed very serious condition of depression. By applying the t-test, a statistically significant difference between the two groups (p <0,001) was obtained, which leads to the conclusion that women victims of IPV have more severe depressive condition compared to non-abused women.

Numerous studies have been conducted in recent years to confirm the interconnection between alcohol addiction and childhood traumatic experiences. The outcome of exposure to childhood traumatic experiences functions as a basic form of mechanism to deal with the emotional state of the individual. In many cases, addictions are associated with high levels of neuroticism, depression and anxiety. In terms of treatment efficacy, alcohol-addicts patients who reported experienced childhood trauma were less likely to benefit from treatment and soon dropped out of treatment (Evren et al. 2009). These results are important for treatment interventions for all forms of addiction. It is necessary to take into account the factors of interpersonal trauma that increase the risk of developing and sustaining the addiction of opiate substances, as well as an increased risk of relapse-returning to old, destructive problems managing. This study includes two groups of respondents: 35 of them are diagnosed with alcohol addiction, and 35 are non abusers. The sample was researched regarding childhood traumatic experiences (up to 18 years of age), and shows statistically significant differences (p <0.001) it was confirmed that alcohol addicts were more likely to experience traumatic experiences in their childhood.
