This research is aimed to find out: (1) the elements of TV Advertisement which help students improving English Acquisition; and (2) the EFL learners’ helping behaviors to acquire English Foreign Language Acquistion (FLA) in watching TV Advertisement. The methods used in this research is Case Study. The technique of collecting data are deep observation and deep interview. A total of 10 EFL learners are used for the sample. The data are analyzed by using Qualitative technique in Foreign Language Acquisition Analysis. The researcher conducted observation to EFL learners by initiating three samples of TV Advertisement which appear frequently. Interview is also posed to explore the attitude, habitual, and the pattern in acquiring English as Foreign Language. The research findings reveal three elements of TV Advertisement which help students improving English Acquisition, that is: (1) English content, (2) Intensity, and (3) Clarity. Furthermore, there are two EFL learners’ helping behaviors to acquire English Foreign Language Acquistion (FLA) in watching TV Advertisement, that is: (1) Willingness /Spirit/Motivation, and (2) Attention.
