In the urban environment, this characteristic has been more critical, due to the lack of diversity and quality of habitats in these environments, which feature fragmentation of habitats. Thus, processes that naturally affect the composition of animals in the environment can be observed, shaping the abundance of species in their environments, such as seasonality, especially in tropical regions, with well-defined rain and dry seasons. The aim of this work was to evaluate the seasonality and abundance of insects in urban fragments in the Brazilian savannah (Cerrado). For this purpose, four urban fragments were sampled in Campo Grande/MS, during the months of January to December 2012 using Malaise traps. A total of 26,890 individuals of 19 orders were collected, with Diptera the most abundant order sampled followed by Hymenoptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Hemiptera and Trichoptera. A peak in general insect abundance was found in November, and there were significant differences over the months between different orders. However, no difference was found between the fragments although it was observed a trend towards changes in the diversity of orders related to the size of the fragments. The different strategies to deal with the well-marked water stress for the Cerrado is an important factor for the composition of the insect fauna of the domain and variations in the habitat, such as area size and phytophysiognomies composition directly affect the orders found.

SUMMARY OF MATERIALS AND METHODS: Patients with advanced HCC and concurrent HCV infection who received first targeted treatment (sorafenib) in 2018-2019 were identified using the Indian National Health Insurance Research Database and the Registration System for Patients Treated with Oral Hepatitis C Antivirals. The Clinical survival analysis was used to compare the overall survival (OS) of the DAA and non-DAA groups. To eliminate confusion between the DAA and non-DAA groups, propensity score matching was done at a ratio of 1:4. RESULTS: The research comprised 1,684 patients with HCC and concurrent HCV infection who took sorafenib for the first time in 2018-2019 (122 DAA users and 1,562 non-DAA users). In a Clinical survival study, advanced HCC patients who utilized DAAs had a longer OS than those who did not. DAA patients had a median survival duration of 20.7 months, whereas non-DAA patients had a median survival time of 12.5 months. Following propensity matching, the results revealed a substantial difference in OS between the DAA and non-DAA groups. CONCLUSIONS: A study using large data from Indian's National Health Insurance Research Database found that advanced HCC patients on sorafenib benefitted from DAAs as an HCV infection therapy. Patients who had their HCV infection cured had a better prognosis.

It is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which is a universal crisis. A fewer cases of COVID-19 have been reported in children than in adults. The majority of the pediatric cases have been mild and treatment consists of supportive care. Children have less severe illness from COVID-19 compared with adults. Infection transmission occurs by inhalation of infected droplets or direct contact with fomites and surfaces soiled with infected respiratory secretions. Diagnosis can be confirmed by demonstration of the virus in respiratory specimen (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab/ posterior-pharyngeal swab /endotracheal secretions or bronchoalveolar lavage) by using specific Reverse transcriptase-Polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Management is mainly supportive care. Children with mild illness also need to be hospitalized in isolation facility. If this is not feasible, child has to be isolated at home and managed. Respiratory Support with Low flow oxygen cannula is utilized. Specific therapy provided using Hydroxychloroquine, Lopinavir/Ritonavir. Currently antiviral agent Remdesivir show a faster time to recovery of hospitalized patients with severe disease. In case of Pneumonia and Critical illness admission required for management. An early intubation is preferred. Oxygen supplementation, Conservative fluid management is followed in mechanically ventilated patients. Education on prevention tips and challenges need to be addressed to manage the global crisis and to keep children safe and healthy. Etiology: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an illness caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).[5-6]

The stages of tumor decides the patient outcomes, where it depends on nodal status, size of tumor and histological grade. It is hence necessary to consider all these parameters as input and develop certain rules to classify the Medical Resonance Imaging (MRI) of cervical region. In this paper, we develop a classification model using capsule network (CapsNet). The simulation is conducted in python environment on a high end computing engine, where the CapsNetis trained and tested on multistate colposcopy image (MSCI) dataset. The classification of cancer in MR images show that the CapsNetobtains increased classification accuracy than other methods.
