To give a theoretical basis for the efforts of preventing corruption that is thick with emotional nuance, this present study employs disruption to psychological contract, i.e. psychological contract breach (PCB), as a predictor of moral emotions proneness. The study involving 265 employees (169 males, 96 females; M age ¼ 32.32 years old; SD age ¼ 7.28 years) of four big private banks in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, shows that PCB-with noting that, in this study, its scale operational scoring represents, reversely, the contract fulfillment-can predict Guilt-negative behavior evaluation (Guilt-NBE), Guilt-repair (Guilt-REP), and Shame-negative self-evaluation (Shame-NSE); all in negative directions, proved via simple linear regression analyses. Further analysis showed a more dynamic relationship between PCB and Guilt-NBE that fits to a cubic regression model. This study contributes to the axiological aspect of business psychology, especially in the ethical psychology of banking industry.

The first question we need to ask is how good humans are at recognizing deepfakes-realistic-looking videos or images that show people doing or saying things that they never actually did or said generated by an artificial intelligence-based technology. Research has shown that an individual's self-reported efficacy correlates with their ability to detect deepfakes. Previous studies suggest that one of the most fundamental predictors of self-efficacy are personality traits. In this study, we ask the question: how can people's personality traits influence their efficacy in recognizing deepfakes? Methods: Predictive correlational design with a multiple linear regression data analysis technique was used in this study. The participants of this study were 200 Indonesian young adults. Results: The results showed that only traits of Honesty-humility and Agreeableness were able to predict the efficacy, in the negative and positive directions, respectively. Meanwhile, traits of Emotionality, Extraversion, Conscientiousness, and Openness cannot predict it. Conclusion: Self-efficacy in spotting deepfakes can be predicted by certain personality traits.

Shuujoshi ne and yo have meaning differences as functional distinction that make the two articles divided into each functionalization. Using shuujoshi ne and yo is related with speaker's consideration towards information of listener. It is noted that Shuujoshi ne, used by speaker when he has the same perception with listener. Meanwhile, using shuujoshiyo happens when there is different statements from speaker and listener's perception. Besides, there is also meaning differences among shuujoshi ne and the like, and also among shuujoshiyo and the like. Therefore, when learners of Japanese language learn about shuujushi ne and yo, they will not rely on text books only.

Unfortunately, investment bias becomes a phenomenon that accompanies investing behavior for many people which actually results in losses and regrets. This study uses a narrative review method to identify cognitive, affective, and contextual factors that correlate with investment biases in cryptocurrency. The results of the review indicate that a number of factors - i.e. self-affirmation, anticipation of postdecision dissonance, fear of missing out (FoMO), overconfidence, perception of the investment process and regulation - play a pivotal role in explaining investment biases in cryptocurrency.

This study contributes to this area by presenting a theoretical model for sequential behavior, placing counterfeit behavior (CB) as a predictor and corruption tendencies (proneness to moral emotions, ie, guilt and shame/GASP) as the criterion. In addition, two bridging variables are assigned, ie, inauthenticity/counterfeit self (CS) and moral disengagement (MD). Methods: The research applied a correlational-predictive design and mediation analysis. Study 1 involved 978 participants of Indonesian nationality (380 males, 598 females; M age = 23.64 years old, SD age = 4.35 years), and found that GASP was predicted by MD, and MD was predicted by CS. Study 2, which applied a between-subject design, showed that CS was predicted by four kinds of everyday counterfeit behavior (backstabbing, fake listening, plagiarism, and religious hypocrisy). Results: The hypotheses of Study 1 and Study 2 were confirmed by the data analysis. By integrating both studies, this study advocates the view of moral consistency through variable configuration (ie moral emotions, self and behavior authenticity, moral engagement) that composes corruption tendencies-which to the best of the author's knowledge, has not been proposed in other studies. Conclusion: The novelty contained in the variable network is that counterfeiting, which is present in our daily life and considered to be ordinary and inevitable in the 4.0 Industry era, has a critical disrupting implication towards a person's morality.

The availability of disruptive technology that is cheaper and easy to use, such as a water purifier, is one answer to the ongoing crisis. Unfortunately, a disparity exists in the attitudes of Indonesia’s society toward this technology.
