Prabowo Subianto (PS), a retired general who had previously lost three times in a row in presidential elections, finally won in 2024 with more than 58% of the voters. PS's campaign strategy included pairing with a young running mate from the millennial generation, which helped them achieve a landslide victory compared to the other two pairs of contestants. This article uses secondary data analysis to explain how demographic segmentation was used in the campaign strategies that led to their success. The findings of this study contribute to the existing literature on the importance of marketing concepts in political activities, as suggested by O'Cass (1996), Preko et al. (2020), and Kotler (1999). Additionally, this study questions the arguments made by Bene et al. (2023) about the strategic role of social media in political marketing activities, particularly in the Indonesian context.

The farmers have been able to increase their productivity and income by organizing themselves under various village parties, in line with the concept of institutional embeddedness. There is an interesting phenomenon in Konawe Regency whereby the ratio of rice productivity to the area of agricultural land is higher than in other areas of Southeast Sulawesi province, resulting in the highest selling price of dry unhusked rice. This has attracted traders from other regions to come and buy rice. To collect data, a qualitative approach was used, and observations and in-depth interviews were conducted with key informants. The strong relationship between social activities and institutions at the village level has encouraged positive economic growth among farming communities. The good collaboration has resulted in the community's farming productivity exceeding the provincial minimum wage standard.

The socio-cultural diversity is vital capital as well as a big challenge for Indonesia in building a nation-state. For more than seventy years this pluralistic society has been united by one state ideology, namely "Pancasila" which is expressly stated in the constitution. Optimism was reflected in the economic progress achieved in the mid-1990s, but after the 1997-1998 economic crisis which was followed by a multidimensional crisis, social integration experienced major problems. This article explains the role of the Moslem community in establishing the Indonesian nation, seizing, and maintaining independence, as well as the potential threats to national integration. This article analyses a problem that has shocked the people and government in Indonesia and has become one of the most important issues in world football from an institutional perspective. In the first two weeks after the incident, the police, the main football organization in the country, and the event organizers seemed to try to escape responsibility. However, the country's swift move to immediately form a Joint Independent Fact Finding Team (TGIPF) on D+1 two weeks later concluded that the match management had committed many violations of the basic principles as guided by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). Through analysis of secondary data, namely news coverage in the mass media, social media, and qualitative analysis of video recordings from interested parties, this article reiterates that ignoring standard standards in the form of official football rules is a fundamental problem as the cause of a human tragedy.

The dataset is substantiated by informed peer reviews as a way to conduct a longitudinal analysis of the contents of social science publications stored in the Scopus database. These publications were produced by academics at the faculties of social and political sciences at the seven state-owned universities in Indonesia over ten years from the beginning of Indonesian university reform in 2008 until July 2018. The dataset is the only data on social sciences currently available in Indonesia. The data collection involved listing the names of academics from faculty websites and searching their publications in the Scopus database. The authors act as informed peer reviewers to identify the publications as mainstream and non mainstream, their themes, research collaboration, policy and academic contributions. The dataset informs the state of the art of social sciences not only at university level but also at national level. Informed peer reviews are needed to supplement bibliometric data to assess the quality of social scientific works.

A two-step variant of SSMbased multi method by Muhammaditya et al. (2021) was applied by inserting (1) Textual Network Analysis by Segev (2020) at stage 1 of SSM to obtain an insightful understanding of the problem situation and to enrich the rich picture, and (2) Social Network Analysis at stage 5 of SSM to expand a skillful discussion on the reality. The research novelty was elaborated in four main empirical facts: First, government policies had initially faltered in dealing with the pandemic, reflected by the dissonance in the statements made by highranking state officials. Second, there was a great number of people disregarding HP and pandemic mitigation policies, particularly during annual rites, the end of year celebration, and Eid Al-Fitr. Third, the government encountered a dilemma in issuing policies, whether to remain encouraging economic growth, guarantee the continuity of economic activities, or end the spread of COVID-19. Fourth, the direct involvement of the president in handling COVID-19 had a significant impact in reducing active cases that no province was declared as alert areas in October 2021. Meanwhile, the methodological novelty reflected in broader data and analysis through SNA and TNA methods had enriched the practice of SSM in finding sharper conclusions.
