هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه برامج تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية عبر الحدود الوطنية ... more هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه برامج تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية عبر الحدود الوطنية في الجامعات العربية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، إذ تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية المقارنة بالاعتماد على المنهج الكمي، باستخدام عينة احتمالية بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، وبلغ حجم مجتمع الدراسة (424) من الطلبة على اختلاف توزيعهم الجغرافي في كليات/أقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية في 7 جامعة في 4 دول عربية، وهي: الأردن، لبنان، فلسطين والسودان. واعتمد الباحثون على مقياس من إعدادهم، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائيـة للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لاستخراج النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المعالجات الإحصائية التي تتناسب مع طبيعة موضوع الدراسة. وفي ضوء ذلك، كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن استجابات الطلبة على محور معوقات برامج تعليم الخدمة الاجتماعية عبر الحدود الوطنية في الجامعات العربية والمرتبطة بمتغيرات (أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية، منهج/ مقررات إعداد طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية، الكتاب الجامعي، جودة المكتبة، مؤسسات الممارسة المهنية، الاعتراف المجتم...

Using quantitative methods, this study reports objective findings for a randomly selected, non-probability, purposive sample of 178 faculty members who were geographically distributed among faculties and departments of social work at 22 universities in eight Arab countries. The primary research instrument used was a standardized paper and pencil questionnaire. Data analysis of the responses of the faculty members found that participants’ attitudes were equally weak on the track of glocalization and international social work education. This could be attributed to the variables of faculty members, social work students, university textbooks, quality of library services, methods of teaching, field practicum, and quality of student evaluation. Its most important results were the expulsion of the Palestinians in the wake of the massacres carried out by the Zionist guerillas, turning the Palestinians into refugees in the Arab countries surrounding Palestine, which are Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon. Some of them moved to the West Bank and Gaza that were not occupied then. Abstract: This study aimed to Determine the Level of Professional Performance Quality for Social ... more Abstract: This study aimed to Determine the Level of Professional Performance Quality for Social Workers mentioned in the Code of Ethics for professional Palestinian social workers and psychologists. The questionnaire was distributed to a complex random sample, which consisted of 30 social workers working in the emergency program in the U.N Relief and Works Agency. After verifying the validity and the reliability of the instrument, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to process, analyze the results. The study has confirmed the commitment of the social workers working in the UNRWA emergency program to the principles of professional practices approved by the code of ethics for Palestinian social workers and psychologists for a percentage not less than (64.1%). This result help in preparing and designing training programs to raise the performance level of professional social workers and to achieve their professional development.
