The program's objective is to make it more affordable for underprivileged households to use cleaner fuel, reduce air pollution, and improve their health and sanitation. In India, majority of the households still cook with solid fossil fuels, endangering their health and contributing to air pollution. By providing LPG connections, first refills, and stoves at reduced costs to families that are less fortunate economically and socially, the PMUY is assisting in resolving difficulties of availability and affordability of cleaner fuel. This programme promotes the empowerment of women and a vibrant, healthy society. The transition to cleaner fuels could ultimately result in passing on a clean environment to the next generation. PMUY scheme is helping to boost the rural economy by extending the LPG distribution supply chain and creating employment opportunities in the rural sector.

It reflects patients' views on the quality of healthcare and the responsiveness of the healthcare system. There is a strong correlation that exists between patient's satisfaction and their willingness to seek care at the preferred facility. Methods: A patient exit interview was carried out among 200 patients attending the urban primary health centre (UPHC) in two rationally selected district of Uttar Pradesh. Information regarding services and atmosphere of the UPHC was gathered using a pre-designed questionnaire during September 2019-December 2019. Binominal logistic regression, both simple and multi-variate were conducted to identify the factors which contribute significantly to patient's satisfaction. Results: Overall we found that 57 percent of the patients were satisfied with the concerned UPHC and factors like examining authority, availability of medicines, waiting time, convenient opening hours, location of the UPHC and availability of waiting area were significantly associated with the patients' satisfaction. Having found the opening hours convenient and waiting space available were the strongest predictors of patient satisfaction. Conclusions: In conclusion majority of the patient were satisfied, still there is a need to work upon factors like making adequate space available for the patients to wait and modifying the working hours of the UPHC as per the patients need so as to attain the highest level of patient satisfaction.

There are only nine states where maximum cases of a woman being married off as a child are reported, with West Bengal and Bihar taking the lead. Using multivariate logistic regression, it is found that the cases of early marriage of the girl child are more prevalent among women having a lower level of education and belonging to the poorest wealth quintile.

The Central Government of India's expedited release of capex loans to states is accelerating development spending and contributing to an increase in overall public capex. Consequently, this boost in public capex is also crowding in private capex. Given the reduction in GST compensation grants and borrowing limits, it would be more advantageous for the State Governments to fully utilize the additional borrowing as interest-free loans for capital expenditures.

As it is evident that tourism industry is capable of generating employment opportunities
multifolds, all the people in the chain from tourists to service providers have been badly hit in terms of the transactional behaviour. Closed boundaries, restricted transportation and COVID protocols are some of the issues which have changed the thought process of key industry players, Government stake–holders, policy makers and tourism organizations.
Their attention to accelerate the growth of tourism has changed from inbound tourism to strengthen and improve the domestic tourism. The study explores issues and suggested strategies for recovery of tourism industry in Uttar Pradesh. The study evaluates the informations retrieved from secondary sources (news, articles, magazine, and reports) to recommend the possible ways to deal with the impact of pandemic on Tourism industry. Domestic tourism, whether it is Religious, Adventure,
Sport, Holiday or Heritage; if encouraged with proper strategies, policies and framework can be fruitful to accelerate the speed of tourism in the country. On the similar thoughts Government of Uttar Pradesh has been
giving due emphasis in this direction by implementing schemes and strengthening tourism infrastructure such as One district one product (ODOP), attractive holiday packages for tourists, developing religious circuits (Ramayana circuit, Buddhist circuit, Mahabharat circuit, Shaktipeeth circuit), Construction of Ram Mandir, Renovation of Kahsi Vishvanath Corridor are some of the ongoing projects represent the holistic approach to enhance the experience of tourism. The experts and
key industry players are hoping to have overcome with this situation as market comes back to its normal situation with the development of vaccine and expecting 'Revenge travel' to gain momentum in 2021.

The current review is one such attempt to explore the definition of social entrepreneurship and its linkage to social innovation and disruptive thinking. This review aims to understand students' perspectives and familiarity towards social entrepreneurship; its effectiveness in bringing social change; and the challenges in this field of study. By adopting a secondary research where recent literature on current topic is explored, this review provides fresh insights into the dimensions of social entrepreneurship. Research papers, books, and published materials on social enterprise, innovation, and disruption are rigorously reviewed and explored to derive valuable conclusions. It is inferred from the study that a successful social venture can make a positive impact and contribution to the society, yet a need to measure its implications has been recognized. The research on social entrepreneurship is not united and convergent and requires more in-depth investigations and concrete evidences that can assist with its practical implementation.

impact of public debt on the economic growth of Uttar
Pradesh during the post-reform period of 30 years by
employing the vector error correction model. The
empirical analysis revealed that the increase in public
debt-to-gross state domestic product ratio and interest
payments burden would have an adverse impact on the
long-run economic growth of UP, while having no
significant impact on the short-run growth. It is also
notable that the effective interest rate has negatively
correlated with the gross capital formation in UP, and the
latter has shown significant positive long-run
association with the economic growth. In order to
attract investments and economic growth, the state
Government of UP should continue a countercyclical
fiscal stance that would help in adhering to fiscal
sustainability rules by smoothing out the repercussions
of the COVID-19 pandemic.
