Timely detection of the objectionable content is very important for its prevention and reduction. This article explores and spotlights diversity of definitions of cyber-aggression, cyberbulling, and cyber-grooming; analyzes current categorization systems and taxonomies; identifies the targets, target categories, and subcategories of the subjects of the objectionable content research; analyzes the ambiguity of the linguistic terms in the domain; reviews present databases gathered for researching the field; explores types of features used for modeling systems for automatic detection; and examines methods for automatic detection and/or prediction of the objectionable content. The results point to directions of system development for tracing transformations of objectionable content over time on different online social platforms.

The motivation lies in our wish to get an on-line, fully comprehensive, modular, multiuser and safe system for further development of the Serbian WordNet (SWN). The most important functionality is the establishment of semantic relations between Princeton WordNet 3.0 (PWN) and the Serbian WordNet 3.0. Other functionalities of this set of tools are based on other semantic resources: SentiWordNet, a publicly available lexical resource for sentiment analysis, Suggested Upper Merged Ontology (SUMO) and Morphological electronic dictionary of Serbian (SrpMD). They provide sophisticated search possibilities and procedures for easier and more comfortable growth of WordNet. All of the functionalities were developed using publicly available resources: PWN mapping techniques, SUMO mapping procedures, SentiWordNet mapping files and by using the SrpMD.

This ontology is one of the necessary steps in developing tools for Natural Language Processing in the Serbian language, especially for tools pertinent to discourse analysis, sentiment analysis and opinion mining. The RetFig ontology was developed taking into account a plethora of rhetorical figures in the morphologically rich Serbian language, as well as in regard to various classifications of rhetorical figures that exist. We propose a system of linguistic classes and properties that are best suited for this ontology, as well as some of the possible usages for this particular ontology of rhetorical figures.

it to become obsolete too soon. We discuss where the dangers lay in a WordNet production and how they were faced in the case of the Serbian WordNet. Developed tools fall in two categories: first are tools for upgrade, cleaning and validation that produce a clean, up-to-date WordNet, while second category consists of tools gathered in a Web application that enable search, development and maintenance of a WordNet. The basic functions of this
application are presented: XML support and import/export facilities, creation of new synsets, connection to the Princeton WordNet, sophisticated search possibilities and navigation, production of a WordNet statistics and safety procedures. Some of presented tools were developed specifically for Serbian, while majority of them is adaptable and can be used for wordnets of other languages.
