The find of part of a mould made of non-ferrous metal at the Luleč site in the district of Vyškov, Czech Republic, provided key evidence for explaining the issue of their production. The discovery of this unique artefact showed that based on current knowledge, the spurs made from a Cu alloy were also produced in the Middle Danube region and not only in Northeast Europe as had previously been thought.

New data obtained by large-scale archaeological rescue excavations are often not in accordance with earlier formulated ideas of the appearance of the settlement network in later prehistory. The example of a particular region with good material base illustrates radical changes of the settlement network in the old settlement area during the Bronze Age and the Hallstatt Period, and offers some interpretations to be discussed. Attention is paid to the structure of sources, possible altera...

It is classified as a Platěnice group jewellery hoard belonging to the Ha D1-D2-early. It contained two rod-shaped bronze bracelets/armlets and a rod-shaped semi-product suggesting the process of the actual production of these types of jewellery. The authors hereby present the basic evaluation with regard to the typology, location and chronological aspect within the framework of Moravia.
