In this research, a mathematical model of human resource allocation problem is presented, and then Sugeno Fuzzy Inference (SFI) model is used in the tasks rate adjustment layer. The SFI model is the main part of developing Gray Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm to reach the integrated and optimal allocation of available human resources under self-regulating attribute in the novel approach. The novel approach has tested and compared to the best researches using data previous researches and by the top five proposed methods in the researches (Includes: SGA, PRS, SRS, MIP, HM) based on three methods of evaluating the quality of solutions (GA-FSGS, MP-FSGS, GA-SGS). The results showed that increase of X from 15,000 to 25,000, and HM and SGA clearly performed better than other previous cases in the larger B100 and B200 datasets. Also, it is verified that the method had better results compare to all previous solving methods, and the quality of the solutions have been the best. For this purpose, existing researches has been investigated which here some are classified and enclosed in three areas of life cycle assessment models, multi-criteria optimization models and decision making. Additionally, reviewed articles in this areas are referred to the benefits and limitations of each. The results of current paper shows that in the reviewed models, there is no model that considers all three dimensions of environmental, economic, and social sustainability for waste management simultaneously, as well as combining and integrating two or more models and applying them simultaneously to a problem. It is possible that the shortcomings and limitations of each method alone will be eliminated by complementary methods and will...

RSC is defined as the activities of the collection and recovery of product returns in supply chain. The integration of forward supply chain (FSC) and RSC results in a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC). In this paper, RSC, FSC, and CLSC are presented. Then, the research targets are mentioned. The purpose of paper is to develop efficient approaches to support closed-loop green supply chain configurations, especially develop methodologies examine impact of uncertainty on CLSC. In this paper, a multi-target model is developed to configure the general CLSC network.

In short, technology spillover is an opportunity to transfer and exploit and obtain information, technology or technical know-how, without prior planning. One of the most important indicators in evaluation of cars’ manufacturing companies’ performance is sales; hence, this study focused on sales variable and took it as a representative of Technology spillover. To this aim, the sales data were collected from the domestic car manufacturing companies. For this mean, sales’ pattern during ten years is recognized using Seasonal ARIMA (S-ARIMA) model. Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Schwarz Bayesian Information Criterion(BIC) were used to select the most appropriate model. It is found that the selected model can be applied to forecast the sales with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) in the range of 6%. This research also confirmed the idea, if Foreign Direct In...

Designers of the preventive maintenance schedules attempt to minimize the overall cost of system operation. There is no substitute for perfection in maintenance to ensure zero breakdowns in machine; therefore it is necessary to get a machinery breakdown insurance against the risks that might occur at business. Previous researches didn’t consider the effect of engineering insurance on maintenance scheduling while it affect the cost function of maintenance scheduling seriously. Engineering insurance pays for all repair costs of machinery, therefore the cost function of maintenance scheduling is affected. This paper presents a new cost function for maintenance scheduling by considering the effects of engineering insurance. Due to the uncertainty in the cost parameters related to the cost function which are very common in application, the p...

Such high risk in ERP implementation failure is the most important challenge for organizations to accept the risks or to eliminate ERP solutions and deal with the lack of process integrity problems in competitive e-business environment. Successful ERP implementation depends on various factors known as critical success factors (CSFs) which are mainly focused by both ERP researchers and practitioners. Questions which may arise is why ERP implementation failure risk is still high while there are lots of comprehensive analysis on CSFs and how organizations are able to reduce the failure risk through focusing on CSFs. To answer above questions this study developed a proposition system dynamic model of ERP implementation based on CSFs to discuss ERP implementation complexities, which identifies CSFs causal feedback loops and effects of those loops on different aspect...

Consequently, their aim is to improve the qualification of their human resources, and to reach this end, considering different ways of assessing competence takes precedence. Correct choice of assessment depends on enough resources, factual support, suitable time and of course high level of coincidence of results in assessment with business aims, so it is possible to say that in order to design a robust model of assessing qualification, we are confronted with a process of decision- making with multiple limitations or a problem of MCDM. In this research, we have used ANP method as one of the new MCDM methods to assess qualification because this method raises the possibility to coordinate the effects of correlation and their reactions and simul...

This study developed a system dynamics model of ERP implementation based on CSFs to discuss ERP implementation complexities, which identifies the effect of CSF interrelations on different aspects of ERP project failure. Based on the model hypothesis, CSF interrelations include many causal loop dependencies. Some of these causal loops are called mortal loops, because they may cause the failure of risk reduction efforts to a more severe failure in effect of lack of system thinking on CSFs interrelations. This study discusses how system thinking works as a leverage point for overcoming ERP implementation challenges.

Therefore, organizations need a systematic approach to evaluate all the changes through robust and powerful techniques that can formulate the relationship between the available information and the degree of the inherent uncertainty. In this paper, a set of operational variables are defined. Then, the SPSS software package is utilized to validate the gathered data. After that, the variables are categorized by the use of a clustering technique. Finally, five major factors are determined as the most effective components. According to the inherent uncertainty involved in the process of modelling, fuzzy set theory, a powerful mathematical tool is applied to handle the vagueness. In order to construct a knowledge base based on the fuzzy set theory, the linguistic concepts for each variable are defined. Lastly, membership functions are described and a set of fuzzy rules based on input-output ...

Delay which has a nature of deviation basis and sometimes look so normal. Delay which instead of playing the role of a caution to managers, acts as a repetitive action. In such a situation the managers prefer to use the control tools and management of projects so that they can take a step for betterment. From these kinds of graphs we can mention Bullet Graph, Bar Graph, Pie Graph and S-Curve. Among these tools, S-Curve can be mentioned as one the essential ones. In this article, first we are going to define this curve; analysing its different usages, we will start with evaluating the role of this curve in management of deviation in the project and identify the problems and issues related to the usage of this curve in the second place. Finally, we will consider solving this problem, develop the S-Curve and introduce a new curve with the title of OS-Curve and apply it in two different projects and present its conclusions.

Through a review of the literature, 39 CSFs were identified. We classified these CSFs in 5 categories of CSFs implementation framework which was proposed by Cantu. A questionnaire was developed to determine importance of CSFs in each step of ASAP methodology for ERP implementation. The questionnaire was given to ERP managers, consultants and experts of a manufacturing company in Iran that had successfully implemented ERP. The results that was shown with charts , show which CSFs are more important in each step and in each category which CSFs are more important. We found out that in order of importance "final preparation", "go live and support" and "realization" are the most important phases in ASAP methodology in ERP implementation. Moreover, "Management /Organization", "Process" and "people" were the most effective CSF categories on success of ERP implementation. Finally, "Top management support", "Balanced and Knowledgeable implementation team" and "powerful change management" were the most frequently cited critical factors in the successful implementation of ERP systems in all of steps.
