Some social scientists have constructed a legal abuse scale to measure the intensity of abuse in any given case. Some of those models are skewed by ideological prejudice and bias. Nevertheless, an objective Legal Abuse Scale (LAS) would be helpful to many people studying and participating in the legal system. This is especially true in the case of applying the Legal Abuse Scale to coercive control in cases involving accusations of domestic violence, abuse or interpersonal violence. This article provides a working model for quantitative and qualitative assessment of legal abuse of the justice system.

In about 80 pages, the document identifies issues pertaining to "women's rights" and gender issues that compel the global adoption of climate change strategies to ameliorate the effects of climate change on women.

His wife had falsely accused him of domestic violence. He was arrested, given an arrest record, thrown out of his home and isolated from his family based solely on the false accusation of an abusive wife. We know the accusation was false not only because he denied it, but because his children have advanced evidence of his wife’s abuse, and his innocence.
Like many predators, Chris’ abusive wife had been trying to isolate him from his children prior to falsely accusing him. False accusations of domestic violence are common with abusive wives and using them to invoke the violence of the law is known as “proxy violence” that abusive wives frequently employ. The panic, hysteria and false stereotypes about men being violent in our culture make it easy for abusive wives to falsely accuse their husbands and ruin the lives, careers and reputations of a man with nothing more than a phone call to the police.

Over time, and only in the face of increasing evidence showing Hanna lied, did she finally admit her accusation was false. Why did she falsely accuse him? Hanna was furious "Sam" broke up with her, and she wanted revenge. As prosecutor Ryan Seneviratine noted "She had numerous opportunities to admit the allegations were lies, but she didn't." Sam, a young man, is now afraid of women and refuses to date. 3 YOUNG MEN, you have double-trouble if this happens to you on a college or university campus. Not only do you face the judicial war on men if criminal charges are filed, in a system where feminist prosecutors and judges automatically believe female accusers.

This paper provides an expert critique of a popular political movement to add "trauma informed" investigative procedures to the criminal justice system. The paper exposes how current popular views of "trauma informed" procedures are designed to create gender biased profiling and defeat due process of law.

However, the United States Supreme Court has ruled otherwise (as have many courts in many jurisdictions). There is no other determination made in our culture that has more grave social consequences on a person than an accusation of sexual misconduct. These severe consequences, impairment of liberty and property, as well as a lifelong stigma as a sex offender, compel high standards of due process, according to Supreme Court rulings, in making such a determination against accused persons. This article comments on the Department of Education's proposed rulemaking on campus adjudications of Title IX proceedings, especially those pertaining to sexual misconduct or sexual harassment.

Feminism has been, since its inception, a political device for dividing men and women. Family courts have become gynocentric tools for divorcing spouses to abuse men. Mainstream commentators increasingly understand that the family court systems in Western countries are now normalized, and weaponized, government tools for carrying out a war on men. Because of their poor treatment in family court, men often experience repeated social defeat and its devastating consequences.

Ms. 14 Perry writes about men committing suicide. Her conclusion is that men, and men's Rights Activists 15 (MRAs), are using the gender suicide gap as a means of scoring political points against feminists 16 and feminism (as opposed to being a genuine effort solve the problem of the gender suicide gap). 17 Ms. Perry implies that men are at fault for the gender suicide gap and men committing suicide. Her 18 article is premised on fiction and myth about male suicide currently in fashion among 19 intersectional feminists. My article addresses some of those misconceptions, providing information 20 about the realities of the gender suicide gap and realities about men committing suicide. 21 Keywords: gender suicide gap, intersectional feminism, men's health, misandry, suicide 22 23 24

There are no known criminal cases of men making false accusations of sexual misconduct against women. On the other hand, statistics show that about 90% of the accusations of criminal misconduct made against men in the US, by women, are false accusations.
Rape advocacy groups will often distort information and statistics about false accusations to make it easier for women to accuse men of sexual misconduct. Rape advocacy groups often promulgate pseudo-scientific myths and speculation about the phenomenon of rape and the prevalence of false accusations.
This draft institutional Brochure explores the myths and stereotypes about the prevalence of false accusations of sexual misconduct.
