Komponen knowledge management yang ingin dilihat pengaruhnya yaitu manusia (people), proses (process) dan teknologi (technology) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperiment dan instrument penelitian lembar angket dan lembar wawancara. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management (people, process dan technology) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai signifikansi knowledge management terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,260 > 0,05. Artinya bahwa tidak ada pengaruh knowledge management (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai korelasi (R) yaitu sebesar 0,353 artinya korelasi kedua variabel lemah dan nilai R positif artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan searah antara variabel knowledge management dengan kinerja pegawai. It should be able to make the students learning independently. However, that was not an easy thing since the teacher only used a conventional learning media: lecturing and textbook. To solve it, this research aimed to design learning media which focused on Tematic Subjects from Indonesian curicculum of 2013. The development was focused on Science subject only. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pemahaman konsep materi ekosistem antara si... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pemahaman konsep materi ekosistem antara siswa yang belajar dengan pola interaksi belajar kooperatif dan kompetitif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E di SMA Negeri 1 Ubud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan non-equivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MS SMA Negeri 1 Ubud tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dengan jumlah populasi 214 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Kelas X MS 5 diberi perlakuan pola interaksi belajar kooperatif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E, kemudian kelas X MS 4 mendapat perlakuan pola interaksi belajar kompetitif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes pemahaman konsep yang terdiri dari tes objektif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kovarian (Anakova). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep materi ekosistem antara siswa yang belajar dengan pola interaksi belajar kooperatif dan kompetitif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E di SMA Negeri 1 Ubud, dimana nilai rata-rata post-test pemahaman konsep siswa dengan pola interaksi belajar kooperatif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E adalah 76,19 dan untuk nilai rata-rata post-test pemahaman konsep siswa dengan pola interaksi belajar koopetitif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E adalah 70,19. Dengan demikian pemahaman konsep siswa yang menggunakan interaksi belajar kooperatif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E lebih baik daripada siswa yang mengikuti pola interaksi belajar kompetitif dalam model pembelajaran siklus belajar 5E. This quasi-experimental study used a post-test-only non-equivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 2 classes of 40 people each, selected by a simple random sampling technique, with one class each as the experimental and control groups. Data on cognitive learning outcomes were collected using tests, and psychomotor learning outcomes using project observation sheets. The test used has met all the valid and reliable criteria. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance test. The results showed that the average cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. This study aims to determine product design, validity and practicality of handout teaching materi... more This study aims to determine product design, validity and practicality of handout teaching materials. This study uses the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The trials carried out were validity tests and practicality tests by distributing questionnaires to material experts, media experts and students. The location of the trial was at SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo. The results of the research are, product design produces handout teaching materials, the validity of handout teaching materials is 79.9% with appropriate criteria, and the practicality of handout teaching materials is 88.8% with very feasible criteria. Based on these results, the handout teaching materials are feasible and very practical to use in class X biology learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo.

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa modul biologi bermuatan perubaha... more Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa modul biologi bermuatan perubahan konseptual untuk siswa kelas X semester 2 di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja yang teruji kelayakan dan keunggulannya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam pembelajaran biologi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development), dengan model pengembangan yang dipilih adalah model pengembangan Degeng. Langkah-langkah pengembangannya adalah 1) analisis tujuan dan karakteristik bidang studi; 2) analisis sumber belajar; 3) analisis karakteristik pebelajar; 4) menetapkan tujuan belajar dan isi pembelajaran; 5) menetapkan strategi pengorganisasian isi pembelajaran; 6) menetapkan strategi penyampaian isi pembelajaran; 7) menetapkan strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran; dan 8) pengembangan prosedur pengukuran hasil pembelajaran. Validasi prototipe modul mencakup 1) uji ahli isi dan media pembelajaran; 2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran; 3) uji siswa perorangan; 4) uji siswa kelompok kecil; dan 4) uji lapangan. Hasil review dari ahli isi dan ahli media menyatakan bahwa modul biologi bermuatan perubahan konseptual yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai. Hasil uji ahli desain pembelajaran dengan persentase 80% terletak pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji siswa perorangan sebesar 88,99% terletak pada kualifikasi baik. Hasil uji kelompok kecil sebesar 91,91% terletak pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil tanggapan pendidik untuk uji lapangan dengan persentase 93,39% terletak pada kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil persentase keseluruhan peserta didik untuk uji lapangan sebesar 87,40% terletak pada kualifikasi baik.Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan uji-t memberikan hasil sig sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Nilai rata-rata pretest (Mean=41,500).) lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata posttest (Mean = 88,071). Kata Kunci : pengembangan, modul biologi bermuatan perubahan konseptual This development research aimed to produce the development of biology module by using conceptual change in tenth grade of second semester students at SMA negeri 2 singaraja in which the feasibility and advantages had been tested to improve learning achievements in learning biology. The research of design used was the research and development method. The chosen of the design development was Degeng model. The Development steps were as follows.1) analysis goals and characteristics of the study area, 2) analysis of learning resources, 3) analysis of the characteristics of learners; 4) establish learning objectives and content of learning; 5) determine the organization of learning content strategy; 6) establish a strategy delivery of learning content; 7) determine the learning management strategies, and 8) the development of learning outcomes measurement procedures. Validation module prototipe covered : 1) the content expert test and learning media, 2) the instructional design experts test, 3) individual student test, 4) a small group of students test, and 4) field test.The results of the expert review of content and media stated that biology module by using conceptual change had been developed accordingly. The results of design experts the percentage of 80% is located in a good qualification. The results to individual students by 88,99% is located in a good qualification. The results to small groups of 91,91% is located in a very good qualification. The results of the response of educators to the percentage of 94,52% is located in a very good qualification. The result of the overall percentage of students for field testing by 87,40% is located in a good qualification. The results of calculations using the t-test sig yield of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan: 1) motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA secara... more Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan: 1) motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA secara bersama-sama antara siswa yang belajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Group Investigation berbantuan Video (GIV), Group Investigation (GI) dan Konvensional (PK). 2) motivasi belajar antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif GIV, GI dan PK, 3) hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif GIV, GI dan PK. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Non Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah empat kelas siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Sidemen. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Group Random Sampling dan terpilih tiga kelas sebagai sampel. Sampel yang terpilih adalah kelas VIIA sebagai kelompok eksprimen yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran GIV, kelas VIIB sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang belajar menggunakan model GI dan kelas VIIC sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang belajar dengan model PK. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 2 jenis tes, yaitu tes motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner motivasi belajar yang sudah divalidasi dan tes hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi. Data dkumpulkan pada akhir perlakuan untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan Uji MANCOVA dengan skor pre-tes motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar awal sebagai kovariat kemudian dilanjutan dengan uji LSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GIV, GI dan PK. (2) terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model GIv, GI dan PK. The research population were four classes of 7th grade Junior High School of SMP Negeri 3 Sidemen in the academic 2015/2016. By using Group Random Rampling, there were three classes taken as the samples of the study. The sample was class VIIA which was treated as the experimental group using GIV. Class VIIB as experimental group using GI only. Whereas class VIIC as control group treated with PK. The data were collected using two types of tests: learning motivation test collected through the students learning motivation questionnaire that was already validated and achievement test of natural science which was collected through validated achievement test. The data was collected at the end of treatment and then it was analyzed descriptively and with MANCOVA test with the pre-test learning achievement scores and pre-learning achievement as covariat and then continued with LSD test. The test of null hypothesis was carried out with the significance of 5%. (2) menjelaskan perbedaan hasil belajar kemampuan dasar senam lantai antara mahasiswa yang belajar dengan media VCD dan media gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan desain Post Test Only Control Group Design dengan rancangan factorial 2×2. Instrumen berupa kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa dan asesmen kinerja digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan operasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling yang menghasilkan empat kelas sampel dimana dua kelas sebagai sampel kelas eksperimen dan dua sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditentukan melalui undian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian (anava) dua jalur. The Post-test only control group design was implemented with the 2x2 factorial design. The questionnaire was used to measure the students’ learning motivation and to measure the students’ operation skill, the performance assessment was implemented. There were 80 students of eleventh grade Hotel Accommodation Department involved as the samples and the random sampling technique was used to decide the sample. From this technique, four classes were chosen as the sample of the study; two classes as the experimental group and two classes as the control group were decided through lottery. The data gathered was analyzed using two ways ANAVA. It has to empower the investigated-based collaboration. This quasi experimental study aims to analyze the effect of group investigation (GI) model compared to direct instruction (DI) model on critical thinking skills, social and spiritual attitudes, and students character. This experimental study employed a posttest only control group design. The population was 15 classes or 488 students of class X MIPA from three SMAs in Klungkung regency. The research sample was chosen by random assignment technique, and 2 classes were determined in each school, so there were 6 classes (194 students, or 39.8% of the population), 3 classes using GI and 3 other classes using DI. The study was conducted for 5 weeks each 3 hours on energy and momentum learning material. Critical thinking skills were collected by using 15 essay test items. Students social and spiritual attitudes and their character were collected by using questionnaire, every 30 items, 30 items, and 18 item respectively. Data were analyzed by one way MANOVA. The results show that GI model was better than DI model for achieving students critical thinking, social attitudes, spiritual attitudes, and their character in learning physics in the senior high schools.

Learning physics in senior high school tends to apply direct instruction (DI), not yet concerned ... more Learning physics in senior high school tends to apply direct instruction (DI), not yet concerned with the nature of science (NOS) model. This study aimed to examine the comparative advantage between the NOS and DI models in achieving students' critical thinking and attitudes. The study utilized the post test only control group design. The study population was 5 classes or 137 students of class XI MIPA senior high school 1 Busungbiu Buleleng. Random assignment techniques are used to determine two classes or 58 students (42.3% of population) as sample. The experimental group was MIPA-1 class or 29 students and the control group was MIPA-2 class or 29 students. Critical thinking data were collected by 12 essays and student attitudes with a questionnaire consisting of 40 items: 20 items measuring social attitudes and another 20 items measuring spiritual attitudes. Data were analyzed by one way MANOVA. The results showed that the NOS model was significantly superior to the DI model in achieving critical thinking and student attitudes in learning physics in Senior High School. The average value obtained by the NOS group was M = 29.66 and the DI group was M = 24.25 on a 100 point scale, which means they fall in the very low category. This is a challenge for the next especially for the NOS application in learning physics.
