The study specifically concentrates on the communities in the area closest to the spa, which were presumably integral to its operational logistics and among those most immediately influenced by its presence. The objective of our paper is to discern how such a distinctive establishment, a healing spa, was integrated into and interacted with the settlement network established in the area, amidst a period marked by considerable change, ultimately leading to the emergence of a novel historical landscape.
