This paper intends to introduce, a novel “passive fractional-order proportional-integral-derivati... more This paper intends to introduce, a novel “passive fractional-order proportional-integral-derivative (PFoPID) controller” developed by reshaping energy for Photo Voltaic (PV) inverter. Accordingly, higher MPPT is attained by the Perturb & Observe (P&O) system under all climates. Depending on the passivity concept, the q-axis current is constructed, in which the entire variables are systematically examined. Moreover, the controlling parameters of the FoPID controller are optimally tuned using a new hybrid algorithm termed as Merged SLnO and DA model (MSDM) that merges the concepts of both Sealion Optimization (SLnO) and Dragonfly Algorithm (DA). At last, algorithmic analysis is done for revealing the efficiency of the presented scheme.
