A secondary objective is to determine the structure of attachment of teenagers to their parents. A structured questionnaire was administered to 556 students (using social networking media) from high schools and higher secondary schools in India. Results show that there is a significant difference between the teenagers with internet at home and those without internet at home in their time spent for family communication. The factor analysis of the structure of teenagers' attachment to their parents yielded a three factored solution. Subsequent factor analyses of the structure of attachment of boys and girls to their parents also yielded three factors. However, some changes were observed in the factor structures of these different groups.

But when we use internet excessively, it severely affects education, relationships, physical health, work, and emotional well-being. When going online is your number one priority and you no longer participate in life outside of the virtual world, Problematic Internet Use (PIU) may be a problem we need to address (Conrad, 2011).

Using multi‐stage probability sampling procedure, 210 Catholic Christians of Dalit origin were selected from rural areas of Tamil Nadu in South India. The interviews were conducted by using structured interview schedule that contained socio demographic variables and patterns of discrimination. First, an increasing gender gap against women was observed when educational grades went up in lower educational grades with a sudden fall from higher secondan; level onwards. Most Dalit Catholics were unskilled daily wage earners irrespective of gender while it was further increased for women. Extremely limited numbers of Dalits were self employed while it was further limited for women. Second, Dalit Christians were faced with high level of perceived and actual discriminations, religious distancing and restricted social interaction with dominant Caste Christians. Finally, the study concludes that social interaction act as a critical context by which dominant castes induces, maintain and reinforce caste dominance on religious and social life of Dalit Christians.

The modes and modalities being discussed in strengthening geriatric well-being deserve mammoth attention. In this context, Yoga Therapy is being envisioned as one among the strides towards Successful Ageing. The practice of Yoga in India can be traced to thousands of years back and has rolled down to generations through innumerable strategies. Yoga is considered as a practical philosophy that facilitates people to improve their Quality of Life. It is a discipline that has evolved in response to the problems in contemporary society without losing its true essence. Research in the field of Yoga Therapy advocates it to be the best means to ensure the quality living, especially in old age. Yoga helps to mitigate, alleviate, and reverse many of the geriatric problems, both physical and mental. The proposed paper is based on an experimental study conducted among elderly people in Kerala. The paper describes Yoga in its essence based on Patanjaly Yoga Sutra thereby scientifically analyzing its effect on our body. It emphasizes the practicality for quality living in old age and provides suggestions for successful ageing.

But when we use the Internet excessively, it severely affects education, relationships, physical health, work, and emotional well-being. If a person repeatedly goes online to avoid real-world responsibilities or difficulties and this avoidance creates even more problems in their life, this may suggest the presence of an addiction to the Internet, namely Problematic Internet Use. The purpose of this cross-sectional study is to understand problematic internet use in higher secondary students and its relationship with their perceived parenting styles. This study was conducted among higher secondary school students of Pathanamthitta District in Kerala using Quantitative Research Methodology. The researcher used Purposive Sampling for data collection using a Structured Questionnaire consisting of questions related to the Parenting style (Scale of Parenting Style) and Problematic Internet Use (Internet Addiction Test). Statistical tests like t-test, One - way Anova, and Chi-square test were used to examine the data. The authoritative parenting style is most related to problematic internet use, whereas the Authoritarian parenting style is the least related. It is not so difficult to change one's internet habits than to live with the regret of lost relationships, missed opportunities, and unrealized potential. With the help of appropriate treatment, warmth and support from others, and a real commitment to change, it is possible to triumph over Internet Addiction and live a happier and more fulfilling life.
