David Dombkins
Dr David Dombkins is the founding father of complex project management, a pioneer in Public Private partnerships, and an international leader in large scale/complex transformation. Dr Dombkins Co-Founded TransformativeSA, a boutique consultant in Saudi Arabia specializinfg in transformation
David has specialist competences in: transaformation, implementation, PPP, Public NGO Partnerships for civil society, transformation, complex and complex systems
Before commencing his doctoral studies in 1991, David Dombkins: completed an undergraduate degree in Building at UNSW; a Masters Degree in Project Management at UTS; and held senior positions in the development and design and construction industry.
While completing his doctoral studies David Dombkins: lectured at the UNSW in project management, international contracting, and change management; was a research fellow in the Centre for Corporate Change, AGSM, UNSW; and focused his research and its implementation on Partnering, Relational Contracting, Complexity, and PPP for large and complex projects.
Since completing his doctoral studies Dr Dombkins has earned an international reputation for innovation and leadership in Complex Project Management, PPP, and transformation that is reflected in positions held and innovations:

• Deputy Chairman, College of Complex Project Managers (renamed International Centre for Complex Project Management)
