The storybook used is a recommendation from the Japanese Board on Books for Young People and meets the standard of the quality book according to the award of Hans Christian Anderson. The author applied two approaches, namely metonymy from a cognitive linguistic perspective and metonymy from a social semiotic perspective. The social semiotic perspective was used to identify the character manifestation by applying theory from Painter et al. (2014) as the development of theory from Kress & van Leeuwen (2020). In the oral cavity, pH may change into acid condition due to the metabolic results of Streptococcus mutans. The bacteria metabolize carbohydrates into organic acids, one of which is lactic acid. Purpose: Analyze the effect of lactic acid solution and artificial saliva on the number of the release of calcium ions of bioactive resin. Methods: Forty-two specimens (diameter 15 mm x thickness 1 mm; n= 7/group fabricated with Activa™ Bioactive Restorative (Pulpdent). The specimens that meet the criteria were divided into 6 groups. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 tahapan dalam pelaksanaannya, yaitu melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pengambilan 174 sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling Uji statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian mengindikasi bahwa sanksi pajak memoderasi perilaku kepatuhan pajak pribadi. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan penegakan hukum sebagai variabel pemoderasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberi bukti empiris mengenai perbedaan pengaruh kine... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberi bukti empiris mengenai perbedaan pengaruh kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan antara perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Sri Kehati Index (SKI) dan perusahaan diluar SKI selama periode tahun 2015-2017. Tingkat pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan diproksikan dengan Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) sebagai variable dependen, sedangkan kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Return on Asset (ROA) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) sebagai variable independen. Tehnik analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan Uji F dan Uji T sebagai penguji hipotesis sehingga diperoleh hasil pengujian empiris. Penelitian ini merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengetahui apakah variabel yang digunakan untuk menyeleksi perusahaan di dalam SKI yaitu ROA dan PER telah tepat dapat mendukung keberlanjutan usaha untuk memberikan pengembalian investor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan pengaruh PER terhadap SGR antara kedua kelompok sampel dan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ROA terhadap SGR. Hal ini berarti menunjukkan bahwa nilai PER sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam menilai kondisi perusahaan pada kelompok sampel karena merepresentasikan kondisi suatu perusahaan dengan spesifikasi dan kriteria pengelompokan yang berbeda dalam model penelitian. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang diduga berpengaruh dalam memoderasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh tata kelola publik, pendap... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh tata kelola publik, pendapatan asli daerah dan total aset terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Regresi linear berganda digunakan dalam penelitian untuk membuktikan hipotesis pada model penelitian. Variabel Tata kelola publik diukur dengan Indeks Governance yang dibuat oleh Kemitraan, variabel PAD diukur menggunakan log dari nilai pendapatan asli daerah sebenarnya, dan variabel total aset juga diukur menggunakan log dari nilai sebenarnya. Variabel dependen kinerja pemerintah daerah diukur dengan skor kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah yang dibuat Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Data yang digunakan adalah 33 propinsi di Indonesia tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tata kelola publik dan pendapatan asli daerah mempengaruhi secara positif kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sebaliknya, total aset tidak mempengaruhi secara positif kinerja pemerintah daerah. Tata kelola publik yang baik mutlak harus dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah (propinsi). Peningkatan dalam mekanisme tata kelola publik dapat memperbaiki kinerja pemerintah daerah. Hal lain yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah akan meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah daerah (propinsi). Sehingga salah satu tujuan otonomi daerah yaitu kemandirian daerah dapat tercapai. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang diduga berpengaruh dalam memoderasi.

Data were garnered from semi-structured interviews and were analyzed with Martin and White’s language appraisal (2005) theory as well as Bourdieu’s cultural capital and Giddens’ structuration theories. Findings showed that the participants experienced dissatisfaction and insecurity during the learning process. However, they demonstrated adaptability and coping strategies manifested through making peace with themselves.

It was intended to understand the meaning conveyed by the writer and illustrator in a Japanese children’s book entitled ‘Kuroino’ (Little Shadow). This research used the approaches for verbal text analysis by Halliday about Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) and visual text analysis by Kress and van Leeuwen about Visual Grammar (VG). The research method was descriptive qualitative by explaining two data types: clauses in the Japanese language and images in the storybook. In Indonesia, there are three areas with the highest Covid-19 cases, one of which is West Java Province. The distribution of Covid-19 in West Java is mostly found in Depok City, Bekasi City, Bandung City, Bogor Regency, and Bekasi Regency. One of the efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is to increase endurance. Increasing endurance can be done by consuming nutritious foods and maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). Cipambuan Village is one of the areas in Bogor Regency that has health cadres who can provide information for the prevention of Covid-19 to residents. This program activity aim is to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition and PHBS as a preventive measure for Covid-19 through health cadres in Cipambuan Village. The method used is the socialization of educational materials providing Covid-19, balanced nutrition, and PHBS to health cadres as many as 21 people via WhatsApp. The program is held on 1-3 December 2020 for 1.5 hours / day. The output of this program is the formation of the GESID group which is then continued with health discussions, especially Covid-19 in the WA Group that has been formed and the publication of activities in national media. To measure the change in knowledge, a pre-test and post-test were carried out in the provision of educational materials. The results of the community service activities were obtained quantitatively, there was no difference between before and after socialization, but more had good knowledge. This is different from the qualitative results which show that participants feel they have gained new knowledge and insights, so they want to share the material they have obtained with another woman and want to practice the material they have obtained. With this service to women health cadres in Cipambuan Village, the formation of the GESID group was marked by the presence of a WhatsApp group. This group will become an information group related to the health sector, in particular the issue of Covid-19.
