Maximum people are used vehicles per day. Hence there is an urgent need to make the Vehicle Network modern, more effective and most efficient. Query latency is directly proportional to the distance between the source of the problem and remote vehicle or data server; therefore, authors endeavour to decrease the distance between the source of data and destination of data using cache technique. The vehicles have no memory space problem so cache data replacement not issue for new data. We are designing a Protocol which is useful for both Vehicle to vehicle communication and Vehicle to infrastructure. Help this protocol we reduce the query delay as well as minimize overhead on server.
