Assistive technology is one such technology which can help an individual tremendously. But today only 2 out of 50 people are using assistive technology due to high cost, lack of knowledge on the subject and availability. By 2050, every 10 out of 20 households will need one assistive product with many elderly needing 2 or more. It is also seen that people give more attention to work than health. This system aims to reduce this problem by reminding them to take the medicine on time within the prescribed time. It is a combination of physical and digital reminder for a patient that will be helpful for people of any age, but especially helpful for geriatrics who forget taking their medicines. The education sector worldwide is also suffering, which is impeding the educational process. Total lockdown, which was imposed in 42 countries, harmed students' lives. The pause in the educational process has impacted around 1.277 billion pupils around the world. While change is unavoidable, COVID-19 has proved that growth is optional. This situation has compelled every educational institution to invest in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) to experiment with new ideas, such as animated teaching and multimedia in online classes. This article focuses on how online learning can be made effective during times of crisis by utilizing multimedia tools and animation. As a result, various online learning multimedia technologies and strategies that can assure learning continuity are emphasized.

At this stage educational institutions are also trying to advance their teaching strategy by utilizing multimedia and animation presentations that would benefit the students. Interactive Multimedia Learning is now a common teaching strategy that utilizes visual and audio annotations for the students to comprehend the lessons in an easy and fast manner. The study aims to examine the effectiveness of using multimedia tools in education as compared to the traditional method of teaching in the subject of Art education at the college level. It was an experimental study. Population considered was 300 students including Boys and Girls of BA Visual art and BA visual communication class studying ART history in colleges affiliated with MG University (SJCC) and Film Institute under Kerala Government (KRNNIVSA). Teacher conducted test results were used for pre-test and the researcher has conducted the test for post-test to collect data from students. The study was an effective experimental design. The support of Multimedia & Animation was more effective as compared to traditional method of teaching on the academic achievement in Art education at college level. Study about civilizations and old architecture are more complex while learning through traditional method, But using multimedia and Animation tools it's more easy and simple. In the case of academic achievements of students teaching and learning with help of Multimedia, tools are more effective in overall perspective. When the researcher conducts posttest after class with the support of multimedia tools students shown good results in Art history exams. It was concluded that when Multimedia tools supporting Art study, Boys and Girls showed better results as compared to the traditional method of teaching. Multimedia not only supports in Art classes, but it also supports all subjects.
