The study utilized data collected through questionnaires administered to 109 adolescents, focusing on the Beck's Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the Big Five Inventory-10. The objective was to understand the specific personality trait associated with anxiety and explore the overall correlation between anxiety and the big five factors of personality. The results of the study revealed a significant positive correlation between anxiety and neuroticism, indicating that higher levels of neuroticism were associated with increased anxiety levels. Conversely, extraversion exhibited a negative correlation with anxiety, suggesting that individuals with higher extraversion tended to experience lower levels of anxiety. The other personality traits, namely openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness, also demonstrated negative correlations with anxiety, albeit to a lesser extent. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the interplay between anxiety and personality traits, highlighting the significance of neuroticism and extraversion as potential predictors of anxiety. Understanding the relationship between anxiety and personality factors can aid in identifying vulnerable individuals and developing targeted interventions to manage anxiety effectively. However, further longitudinal research is warranted to delve deeper into the complex dynamics between anxiety and personality traits to inform more comprehensive psychological interventions.

Lockdowns were deployed by maximum nations to stop the community-wide spread of this terrible illness that has transformed the way of life. The best approaches to prevent disease at both the individual and communal levels were to stay at home and work from home. Further people were utilising their smartphones to keep connected as a result of this self-isolation, which has rendered many of them dependent on smartphones. Method of the Study: In the research study group of 200, there were 100 women and 100 men. These were young adults who resided in India (18 to 25 years old). The members were 21.5 years old on average. N=198 individuals, or 99%, said they owned a smartphone. These members had functioning internet connections in 98% of cases. In the inquiry that was recommended, an effort was made to look into how loneliness during the pandemic encouraged excessive cell phone use to the point of addiction. Another significant worry was understanding the link between mobile addiction behaviour and daily stress and anxiety. Result of the Study: Mobile usage was highly excessive and dependence on mobile was very strong in order to overcome social isolation. Users apparently assumed that using their phones would make them feel less lonely, but excessive smartphone use has instead increased their feelings of stress and anxiety. Limitations of the Research: Since self-rating scales were utilised to collect the data, the limitations of these scales apply to the current investigation. In in addition to consulting with people between the ages of 18 and 25, other age groups should also be surveyed.

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) emerges as a significant approach, showing positive outcomes in improving body image, social self-esteem, physical fitness attitudes, and sexuality perceptions. Affective body image is successfully enhanced through CBT-based programs, and exercise therapy demonstrates similar declines in body image disturbances. While medication effectiveness appears limited, interventions focusing on body image demonstrate positive effects on attitudes and behaviours. Various strategies have been explored, including fitness instruction, media literacy, self-esteem building, and psychoeducation, highlighting the importance of promoting positive body image in eating disorder treatment. Attunement and mindful self-care interventions show promise among disordered eaters. The relationship between body image and self-esteem in adolescent girls underscores the need for early intervention and realistic body perceptions education. However, the research has limitations, including small sample sizes, lack of long-term follow-up, and cultural biases. Addressing these limitations can lead to more effective interventions. Further research prospects include exploring long-term intervention effects, developing culturally sensitive approaches, investigating social media influences, and understanding gender differences and intersectionality. Additionally, mindfulness-based interventions, peer-led interventions, technology-based approaches, and parental influences warrant further investigation. This research aims to inform evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions that promote positive body image and overall well-being in individuals with body image concerns.
